I have a King size bed in the master bedroom, a King and a Queen in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
There are restaurants, nightlife, shopping and a grocery store across the street. Everything is very convenient. I am in a great location. I will send you a recommendation of restaurants.

My condominium is the best value for your dollar on the entire beach.
You might find something even a little more valuable than magical quartz in the sands of Siesta Key. Go about 3 blocks south from my condo to Siesta Key’s Point of Rocks and you could just find a centuries old buried pirate’s treasure. Legend has it that the area at Point of Rocks was often visited by pirates burying treasure. Point of Rocks also happens to be hailed as the best snorkeling on the west coast of Florida!

My husband and I had an amazing trip to Siesta Key with our two sons last week! The condo was perfect for a family to have a comfortable and fun vacation. The amenities in the building were great - the boys loved the pool and we loved the location. It is within walking distance to several great restaurants, ice cream shops, bike rentals and markets. Being on the beach is absolutely the best way to spend a vacation with two little kids so this condo was fantastic. It was clean and had everything we needed - we would definitely rent this condo again!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Myself and 3 friends stayed 9/10/11 for a week in this condo. Definitely a great price for the place. Location Location Locaiton is great! The beach is extremely convenient providing beach chairs for use daily. The pool is located opposite end to the beach giving a great shaded area. The bedrooms and living space was huge, plenty for the 4 of us and 4 friends in another unit. TV, Wifi, kitchen utensils and beds provided were great. Having the grocery store, liquor store, restaurant and tiki bar across the street was wonderful as well. The property is well maintained and dealing with the owner was very pleasant, great customer service. Would definitely recommend as well as rent again!

This was my first experience in Siesta Key & I loved it. It was a pleasure working with Dan. The condo was in a perfect location on the beach. Great restaurants & shopping across the street. I rented water toys from the marina across the street as well. The condo was very clean & the interior was updated.Will definitely recommend this condo to my friends & hope to return next year.

HI Dan, we just got back from our "beach fix " at your great condo. Everything was as described and the location on the beach was perfect. Tiki area was nice and the BBQ was in a cool location. A one mile walk north on the beach to the "Drum Circle" got us some needed exercise, especially after visiting Captain Curt's restaurant, right across the street a couple of times. I never ventured to this part of the Key before and was surprised at how good the food was at Javiers, (Peruvian ) and Miguels (French ). Not having to get in the car and drive was really neat. Looks like we'll be making plans again to visit probably in April or May. Thanks again for some great accommodations......Bob

Many of my friends have stayed for the last eighteen years and always invited my family to stay at this location. This summer, I took the whole family and found out what they had told me for so many years. The location is perfect...the facility was quite and comfortable...the beach is breathless...the sunset was memorable. One of the nicest vacation we have taken...like the Terminator.."I shall return".

My husband and I took our two young boys. We have stayed in Siesta Key several times before, but this was the best location we have ever stayed at. Captain Curt's (a restaurant), Anna's Deli, a small grocery store are across the street. A friend of ours had stayed in this condo before and recommended it to us. The owner is very friendly and the condo is in excellent condition. We have already booked our next vacation. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
