We had a one night stay and were very disappointed that we didn't reserve more than one day. Our visit was very pleasant. The condo was very clean, everything we possibly needed was provided from pots, pans, dvd player, utensils etc. The owners were very helpful and professional. We are definitley looking forward to many visits to the Aerial Dunes to come. This is officially our home away from home.

This is a really nice vacation spot for families! The owners are easy to work with and are customer friendly. Check in is quick and simple, no hassles! We really loved the keyless entry and quickly moving elevators. You are also very close to gas stations, grocery shopping, and directly across from shopping at the Outlet opping shcenter (GREAT DEALS!) The on-site security makes your safety a priority. The view of the Coastline from the 20th floor is breath-taking.....You WILL get beautiful sunset views! Relax with a cup of coffee while you view the lake w/ beautiful ducks and birds welcoming you to the property in the mornings.... This is a great choice if you are looking for an affordable vacation. Check out the heated pool and the on-site Cabana cafe...they also deliver food to your room! You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom......just bring your toothbrush! :)

This is a very nice condo with an amazing view of the shoreline and lake. It's very clean with plenty of room. If you're planning a vacation to Destin and looking for a great place to stay, this condo will absolutey live up to your highest expectations.

The view from the 20th floor was amazing, we had several spectacular sunsets over the past week while we stayed in this beautiful condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed the king sized bed and the fact that this unit had a table and chairs to sit and eat at instead of just bar stools. Marcella was super helpful and friendly answering multiple questions about the resort, condo and area restaurants. Would absolutly stay with Marcella again as I had stayed in Ariel Dunes before and this process from booking, through check in, until departure was much better than my previous experience and I attribute it to Marcella's helpfulness.

The property was perfect. My family of 4 visited for a long weekend in June 2010 and enjoyed the property immensly. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. The location of the condo was central to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Marcella was an excellent resource and so very attentive and helpful to us. We will definitely return... not soon enough!

We had such a wonderful time at the Condo. I can’t believe that I was going to pay twice as much money for other places when your condo ended up being so perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the gorgeous kitchen and all the amenities. We slept better at this condo than anywhere else we’ve stayed! Thanks so much and hopefully we’ll be back!

Twice a year we paint the condo and get the carpets professionaly cleaned. We hope you will have a great stay at the condo. My kids, ages 4 and 1, love the bunk beds. They call it the bat cave. We had a wonderful one week stay. The views really were amazing, easy to spend hours on the balcony enjoying the white sand, aqua blue ocean view. The unit is modern and well equipped. Short walk to the beach. Overall, a very good setup.

What a great place! The condo was everything that was posted on the site and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, beach, golf, etc. We cannot say enough great things about this condo. We also tried the recommended eating establishments (Dewey's Destin and Stinkys) and will will be adding them to our list of favorites to visit when in the area. We can't say enough about this wonderful condo and our fantastic stay in Destin! The condo itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean and the view was absolutely spectacular. Everyday we enjoyed the beach, just a short walk away or the lovely pool downstairs and after feeling thoroughly relaxed, strolled over to the Cabana Cafe for some delicious food and great live music. On the recommendation of the owners we also had a fabulous seafood dinner at Stinky's Fish Camp, a local restaurant, some of the best seafood we've ever had! A great time was had by all my family! We had a very nice stay in this condo. The view was great. We ate breakfast on our balcony every morning! The pools were nice and the walk to the beautiful beach was short. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo was absolutely beautiful, the view from the balcony was amazing, and it was very quiet the entire time. The bed was more comfortable than ours at home. We slept so good! The condo was perfect. We can't wait to go back and stay in this condo again!

We have stayed in both Aerial Dunes Units now and love both. They both are great! Fantastic views and I love the new restaurant in the first tower with Shrimp po-boys delivered! Great place for a Destin escape! Take it from a repeat customer!!!!!

we stayed in ariel dunes II in destin. we had a very nice condo. supplies were great, furnishings were also very comfortable and nice. we were able to check in as soon as we ariived and the process was quick and efficient.we would consider staying there again if and when we are able to return to destin.
