Aloha, and welcome to "Tropical Sky" at Kolea, your beach front Luxury Villa. This magical vacation home within an exclusive gated community with direct beach access offers 1422 square feet of tranquil living space under roof (including Lanai). You will feel the "Aloha Spirit" the moment you open the elegant mahogany door and set foot inside.
There are 2 Bedroom Suites each with its own private spa-like bath. Master bedroom suite I has a California king bed, bath with large soaking tub large separate shower and a sky light that floods the bathroom with bright and beautiful "Tropical Sky" ! Bedroom Suite II has two twin beds (or can be converted into a King) with its own private bath with tub and shower.
You will fall in love with the comfort and elegance of this tropical treasure. Cook up some of your favorites in the gourmet, state-of-the-art kitchen, or flip through one of the many books about the Big Island of Hawaii.
After a day of snorkeling, shopping, or napping on the white sand beach with the sea turtles, come home and relax with a cool tropical drink on your private lanai. Perhaps, you will prepare a light meal of local fresh fish in the fully equipped, koa wood lanai kitchen or lounge on the comfortable Lanai sofa. Our family loved our vacation to Hawaii! The condo was perfect. Can't think of anything that we needed, that wasn't there (very complete). There were full linens plus we even had extra beach towels, soft side ice chest on wheels with ice packs, hair dryers and loads of other supplies. Tasteful interior which was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. A special thank you for the Kona Coffee, fresh fruits and assorted Hawaiian goodies and bottle of wine. Couldn't believe all this was included at no extra cost. All the supplies like laundry soap, fabric softener, dishwash soap, bath products, paper products, kitchen supplies including spices saved us quite a bit of money. We enjoyed using the BBQ especially in the evenings. Views were good from the lanai. Thanks, guess it's Mahalo in Hawaii! Will tell all our friends and family that they should visit Kolea.

Love the Condo. It was luxury all the way with attention to detail which we found so enjoyable. Spa tub in master bath was great. Beds were so comfortable. Well equiped kitchen/laundry, complete linens/beach towels. We enjoyed leaving our sliding doors open all night and sipping our coffee or Mai Tai on the lanai. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Went swimming with the dolphis, sunset sail, day trips. Enjoyed it all, including the beach and lots of sunshine! Reservation process and arrival instructions were easy with Eileen and Gene. This trip was one of the most relaxing vacations ever. Only one complaint, 1 week is not a long enough time in paradise!

Aloha, Our family had such a great time in your condo. We noticed that there are so many great"Guest Comment" in your Guest Book and wanted to ad ours! Villa Penthouse 16J deffinately has a designer siguature! The colors and lighting are spectacular. We also love the comfortable furniture and beds. The great fully equipped kitchen and laundry helped us so much with the kids. We enjoyed the lanai kitchen with BBQ too! Thank you for all the welcome gifts. We have so manny happy memories!
