Location: Amelia Island Plantation, Amelia Island, East Coast, Florida, USA (It's an easy 30 minute drive from Jacksonville airport.)

Enjoy all the unique amenities that Amelia Island Plantation beach life offers, including championship golf courses, tennis courts, Health and Fitness Club and the Nature Center. The Plantation is a safe and secure paradise for families. Children's activities abound with swimming in the ocean or in any number of pools along the beach, visiting the Nature Center which directs crabbing, fishing and owl prowling to name a few. The Beach Club also offers supervised games for children.

Restaurants in the Plantation and historic Fernandina are numerous and excellent. The world famous Ritz Carlton is 5 miles away. There is a wide variety of restaurants from family oriented to fine dining.

The Spa and Salon is located inside the village and is considered top notch. The village also includes several lovely shops which offer a variety of items, from ladies and children's apparel to an upscale gourmet deli and wine shop. Golf carts or Island Hoppers and bikes are available for rental.

Once you, your family and friends experience life in Amelia Island Plantation, you will want to return again and again.

Vacation Rental Features
Amenities	Air Conditioning: Completely new AC unit. Washer: Private washing machine Dryer: Private Dryer Linens Provided: Quality 400 count cotton sheets in Master Bedroom Off Street Parking: There is a large parking lot in front of the condo building which provide ample parking for guests. Elevator: There is an elevator in the building but we are located on the bottom floor and do not need to use it.
Beds	King Bed: Fresh quality linens are provided with an attractive comforter. Double Bed (2) Crib: There is a portable crib located in the Master Bedroom closet. Crib sheet also supplied.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (3): Cable On-Demand and Showtime Movie Channel. There are TVs in the Living Room, and both bedrooms. DVD VCR CD Player Stereo System Shared Pool: A lovely view of the pool can be seen from the living room. The pool is just a few steps from our outside patio.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Includes microwave, coffee maker,bean grinder, toaster, blender, and crock pot. Also provided are starter paper products and household soaps. Cooking Utensils Provided: The kitchen is loaded with every utensil anyone needs. Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: Weber grill Deck/Patio: 2 comfortable patio chairs on the bottom floor.
View/Location	Lake View: Our unit overlooks the pool, the lake and the golf course. Water View: There are 2 beautiful water views from our patio. One of our pool and the other of the lake on the golf course. Golf Course View: There is a lovely view of the golf course from our patio.
Communications	Telephone: There are 2 telephones-one in each bedroom. Free Long Distance WiFi (Wireless Internet): Wireless internet is provided at no charge to our guests.
Other Amenities	Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella are provided in the condo. Amenity cards are included with the rental fee from March-August.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Handicapped Accessible: The condo is located on the ground level of the building. There are no steps to climb to enter the front door. Wheelchair Accessible: The condo is located on the bottom floor which makes it ideal for wheelchair usage. Kid Friendly: Easy access to the beach and pools make this condo ideal for children.
