Completely furnished 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage in the gated, resort/golf community of Solera. It is less than 30 minutes from Sky Harbor airport to the peace and quiet of Solera (SE of Phoenix). The house has a/c, gas furnace, 2 queen sized beds and a double sleeper sofa. Appliances include: refrigerator, oven with cooktop, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, reverse-osmosis drinking water system, coffee maker, blender, and washer/dryer. The house includes two televisions, CD/DVD player and AM/FM stereo. The house is wired with cable and includes high-speed Internet access. No computer is furnished, but you can bring your laptop! There is a BBQ on the covered patio.
The master bedroom includes a large ensuite bathroom. The guest/second bedroom is located on the opposite corner of the house for maximal privacy and separation when staying with children or guests.
The vaulted ceiling covering the kitchen, dining and great room presents an open, spacious architecture - perfect for relaxing, mixing and eating with your family and guests. Patio furniture is included for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular desert sunsets.
Of course, all utensils, china, glassware, etc. are included. Just bring your golf clubs and suntan lotion!
No smokers please!! Also please note that this house is located within an "active adults" community and at least one person renting the house must be 55 or older.
