This may look like a barn from the outside, but this 1200 square feet loft is so cozy you will fall in love with the all wood T&G interior, large fireplace and pinewood floors. Down below, with the 12 feet ceilings, you can park your vehicle along with finding the Jeep, go-cart and boats, all for your use if you choose. It may not have all the upscale things you would find in a Marriott hotel, but you will love the 30 acres of open space and being able to walk right down to the Snake river, just a few steps away, to fish, relax, launch the raft or the fishing boat.
You can build a large outdoor fire in the evening, for roasting whatever and enjoy the millions of stars. Relax along the river bank in the day and watch all kinds of wildlife fly by. They are all here, that is, deer, elk, eagles and the kinds you will not want to meet are high up in the mountains nearby. No need to worry, we never see the black bear, cougars, bobcats and the large number of wild turkeys. If you like you can hire a nearby guide to float the river and fish with you. In the summer, you can always see the Vice President of the USA here, fishing this famous stretch of the Snake River. Just ignore those blackhawk helicopters flying the river on Sunday mornings, to make sure all the bad guys are gone.
There really is no place quite like Swan Valley, Idaho. Even the Rockefellers purchased the South Fork Lodge a few years ago, just 10 miles to the west of us and built a very private exclusive fishing lodge and 5 star restaurant. The peaks of Bald Mountain and National Forests surround this small valley of just 300 residents. Three small convenience stores are just a few miles away, along with 2 gas up spots, the Angus café and the New Willow Restaurant.
For a family and just a couple, you cannot beat the amenities of this most unusual place. If it gets to quiet, there is always the night life of Jackson Hole nearby, not to mention the famous Bar-J wranglers cowboy band and family dinner chuck-wagon experience, put on nightly all through the summer. Las Vegas Quality western entertainment for the whole family.

- Launch yours or ours float or fishing boat right from the property, or use our 79 CJ5 jeep with a powerful V-8 engine for touring the moutain roads of the Targhee and Caribou National Forests, right out the front gate of the property, bring your boat to fish or water ski the 26 miles long Palisades Lake, just 100 miles from West Yellowstone park or drive to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and enter Yellowstone Park through the south gate, just another 45 miles north of Jackson, small children can enjoy the go card inside the 30 acres of property on the private 1500 feet private lane, or spend time driving a 1052 Ford N8 Tractor and help keep the lane grated, Heise Hot springs famous outdoor swimming pool is just 30 miles away, and several golf course all within 30 miles including Idaho Falls famous Pinecrest 18 hole course, enjoy the outdoor firepit and swings by the river bank, have use of the 9 feet Achilles fishing boat with a 9 horse outboard motor for making it down and back up.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Jan-Dec .. $300/night (includes cabin and float boats).
Additional rate of $70 per night is require for using the Jeep and $25 per night
for use of the children's go cart.
For experienced boaters, $150 per night is required for use of the 21 feet
Bayliner.
