Our second floor, gulf-front apartment offers a spectacular, uninterrupted view down beautiful Crescent Beach. Located on the southwest corner of the south building, its screened lanai provides a sunny front-row seat for beach and sunset watching with shelter from the occasional north breeze.
Crescent Beach, with its three miles of white, sugar-like sand, is rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Its smooth, fine sand and gentle slope are perfect for walking, jogging, even pushing strollers. Look for shells, watch for dolphins, or just watch the people as you stroll along this inviting Gulf shore. On the street side, it is an easy walk or a short drive to shops, stores, and restaurants.
Decorated in neutral sand colors, our condo provides contemporary, comfortable furniture and handsome ceramic tile floors throughout.
The living room contains soft leather couches and a recliner chair, three reading lamps, and a 40-inch, flat-screen remote-control cable television. The elegant glass dining table seats six.
The kitchen, open to the living area and the beach view, provides full-size appliances including dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a desk and chair, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV and VCR.
The master bathroom has both tub and shower, and the second bathroom has a shower.
Secure wireless internet service is provided in the unit.
No smoking or pets, please. One-week minimum reservation.

This was our first visit to Siesta Key and we were looking for an oceanfront condo with a view. This condo at Crescent Arms definitely filled the bill. It was very easy to find, and the beach was beautiful...just a few steps from the door. Our condo was very nicely decorated and furnished, and the owner thought of everything to make anyone's vacation enjoyable. They included everything from beach toys for children to play with to a good selection of books to read on the beach! Also the screened lanai was a great place to relax and watch the sunset. We just happened to be there during lovebug season, so we were very thankful for that screen! We did not do a lot of sightseeing, theme parks, etc, but did take in the Mote Aquarium and St. Armands Circle, just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive, so finding eating places were not difficult. The unit did not have a washer/dryer in it, but there are coin-operated washers and dryers on the same floor. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
