This unit is an oversized two bedroom,two bath with an extra large balcony off the master bedroom and living area. It has been furnished with carefully selected cordinating fabrics and accessories throughout and fully equipped. The master bath is very spacious with a large walk in closet,double sinks and two person shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and separate bath. Bunk beds are hidden behind doors in the dinning area and the pull out sofa sleeps two.(the unit sleeps eight)
Treasure Island's large pool is beech side and heated in the winter. Spectacular ocean views!
A five yr. old complex, it is located near many resturants including Captain Andersons and Schooners. It's location to the harbour, which you can also see from your unit, makes it easy to charter a fishing boat, or rent a boat to enjoy the water. A dive shop just a block away, and St. Andrews State Park and inlet, and trip to Shell Island, make it a very unique place to vacation.

My family stayed in this condo over Fall Break and it was absolutely wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. The view from the large balcony is beautiful and the condo is convenient to everything. We are hoping to return again next fall.

Our family enjoyed the most wonderful Thanksgiving week at Treasure Island in Toni's condo. We were looking for a place to enjoy some family time with our newly married daughter, her husband, our daughter who is a college student and our dog. This was PERFECT! Where to start? The condo, absolutely lovely,comfortable, clean, fully stocked to cook a TG dinner, amazing view, and everything so well maintained. Being a few blocks from St. Andrews State Park was wonderful. We would walk there every morning to soak in the beauty of this state park and then back to Treasure Island on the beach...awwww!!!! The park and beach are gorgeous! We were all looking for some quiet, relaxing time, to read and just walk the beach, enjoying the surf and sunsets. PERFECT! We found one place the first day and went there every morning for breakfast, Flour Power. Loved it!( Best Eggs ever!) The Publix down the street is wonderful! Lots of options for golf! Toni was great to work with. She wanted our family to have a great time in her condo and we sure did! We would highly recommend this condo! Sheila and Neil Snyder Naples, FL

My family of six stayed in Toni's condo during spring break 2011. The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped (even the beach chairs and internet were provided). I particularly enjoyed the view from the outside patio and my kids thought the bunk beds were quite novel. Treasure Island seemed more family friendly than many other places at PCB and is in a good location with easy access to attractions and restaurants. We would definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in Toni's unit from 1/15/11 to 3/1/11. We could not have been more pleased with everything. The decor was beautiful, well furnished kitchen and very comfortale beds. We look forward to coming back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Treasure Island. The condo is so well decorated and clean. We have stayed in Panama City Beach for the past 3 years. We like the convenience and design, as well as everything about this one the best. The owner made the reservation process very easy. Thanks Toni for everything.

We stayed in Toni's unit for our fall vacation (Sept 26- Oct 3)at Treasure Island and boy it was fantastic. The condo has a very at the beach feel to it. The beds are comfortable, actually the best beds we've slept on vacationing, ever...Another plus was how clean and neat her condo is. We stayed there over the 2009 July 4th weekend. I have rented a lot of places in my day but NONE compare to the cleanliness, roominess, comfortable furnishings, and all the extras provided such as beach chairs, towels, cleansers, paper products. I could go on and on. Toni goes way beyond in terms of hospitality in a rental unit and this has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. My deposit was returned in full immediately. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in #1704 during the week of June 6-13,2009.Our family had such a wonderful time. Toni has her unit decorated so BEAUTIFUL!!! It was VERY clean and nice. This is the first one I haven't had to go in and clean before using(which was very nice)!! Toni, thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!! We took very good care of it! We stayed in unit 1704 July 26-August 2, 2008. It is a beautiful condo, with all the amenities of home. The owner was very easy to work with. I couldn't believe how quickly our deposit was returned to us. You absolutely will not be disappointed with this condo. It is also kid friendly - our 5 year old loved it!!
