Fantastic 4 Bedroom Villa Deanna - Walk to Town

  Loved it!! We are a family of 5 adults and each had our own bedroom/bath, the pool and hot tub were welcoming, the property manager picked up food for us and his wife's salsa was just delicious. The boys caught dorado, tuna and marlin on their fishing trip which was just delicious - the local restaurants :you hook it we cook it' was awesome, as was the manager's wife and daughter's meal which they made for us at the villa. We had our own snorkeling gear and car which allowed us to travel to different beaches...just beautiful. The people of Cabos are making a living off of the tourists and can be aggressive...just stand your ground and they back off...always barter! Have fun - we did!

  What a wonderful time shared by our family of 7! The pictures, though descriptive, don't begin to illustrate the features of this wonderful home! We arranged for the house to be stocked for the arrival of our family and all expectations were exceeded. We arrived and felt immediately at home...our family raided the fridge....sampled the home-made quacamole and salsa prepared by the wife of the property manager for our arrival, we truly could not have asked for a THING! It was so convenient to be able to walk to town and the marina and some yummy restaurants..you can not choose a better location!!! The pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax and share family time after a day of adventures....Thank you, Deanna for providing such a delightful decor (the art was so fun!), it was magical to be able to enjoy "home" in Cabo for a week!!!

  My family of 4 (husband and I and our 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year olds) vacationed at Villa Deanna with my brothers family (they have 3 teenagers). The villa was sufficient for our large group, as the 2 teenage girls shared the bedroom with seperte entrance and could escape from my younger kids as needed. The villa was beautiful- better than pictured. The kitchen is a little outdated, but fine. The entire living area opens to the pool- which was priceless. We enjoyed opening those doors in the morning and evening and taking in the breeze and views. Miguel, the property manager was very friendly and helpful! His wife cooked dinner for us on our 2nd night there, and it was delicious and the price was very fair. The only true bummer, is the neighbor. The villas are right on top of each other, and Villa Deanna shares a wall and the swim deck/ patio is right below the deck of the neighbor. Within minutes of us being there he shouted down to us that we were being too loud (it was 3 pm). That evening he called security on us (7 pm). The next morning the kids woke and were excited to swim. We kept them in the house until 8 am and then let them out to swim. Security showed up at 845 with another noise complaint. Mind you- this was not us being loud due to drinking and shouting at unreasonable times, the noise was the sound of kids laughter and always within appropriate hours. It put a damper on our vacation as we could not use the patio or pool until after 9 am (at the neighbor's and security's request), and could not swim in the evenings (past 8 pm). Even within those hours we were walking on egg shells and saw the neighbor peaking over his wall at us. It changed the mood of our vacation as we all felt we had to whisper and hush our children. Pedregal is a beautiful community, but not all villas are within walking distance to town. Villa Deanna is- and that was extremely important to us (2 families with seperate agendas). The walkability factor brought freedom to all of us as we could come and go as we pleased. Thank you for the lovely get away. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

  My family and I ( 8 adults and 1 baby) spent a wonderful week at Villa Deanna. This was my second time in the villa. We have stayed in several homes and this is still our favorite. It is close to all the action so we could walk to most places and didnt need to rent a car. It has a nice view of the marina, great pool and spa, and is very affordable considering the size and amenities available. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is perfect for four couples. We will be staying again. Deanna and the house manager, Miguel are awesome. Thanks again.

  A group of 8 had the opportunity to stay at Villa Deanna for 5 days in July of 2011. Each couple had a comfortable and charming private bedroom with 3 couples having there own private bath. Each bedroom had its own A/C which kept the rooms extremely comfortable. The living space was more that ample for all of us and with the bank of sliding glass doors to the patio and pool it was a tremendous space. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing and the spa worked as expected. The best thing about Villa Deanna is its location to downtown Cabo. An easy 5 to 10 minute walk and your there. The home was clean when we arrived, housekeeper came every other day and the home consieur was there to greet us and we pre-arranged food and beverages to be waiting for our arrival. We loved the fact that the home was in a private/gated community which made feel very safe and secure. Most important the property owner was in constant contact with me before, during and after my visit, making sure everything was right. We will be going back.

  We (2 couples) stayed a week in this fabulous home. Its decor so reflects the festive spirit of Cabo. The bedrooms were quite private and very comfortable and the flow to the outdoor living was so easy. We spent many hours just relaxing by the pool after our walks into town to shop and eat. We even made dinner with the fish we caught using the wonderful outdoor kitchen. I have recommended this home to many friends and would surely stay again on our next trip to Cabo.

  We were celebrating a big birthday and wanted a home close to everything as our group went in many directions. This home is very comfortable and well appointed, photos don't do it justice. We had 8 people and never felt crowded as there are various areas and decks to spend time on. We spent much time out on the convenient patio with the pool and BBQ. We truly enjoyed watching the sun come up and eating several dinners around the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, in fact we have told several of our friends about the home and plan to return as soon as possible. It was a delightful trip!

  Casa Deanna is beautiful 4 bedroom and bath house in the outstanding Pedregal property at lands end, Cabo San Lucas. Our stay was for one week mid February. It has harbor view and is a great value at the price we paid. The pool and spa get early morning sun so that later in the day it's not too hot to partake of these pleasures. Everything was first class including the property manager who was visible and available if there are problems. I recommend Casa Deanna strongly for your next stay in Cabo. It beats any hotel for privacy and price.

  We had the good luck of staying in this home in December. It has a great location plus being gated I felt very secure. It is walking distance to the restaurants, coffee shops and beach. The kitchen and living room really become part of the outdoors. The pocket patio doors make the kitchen and living room into the outdoor patio which has a barbeque, pool and hot tub. It is perfect for morning breakfast, hanging out and reading, or evening cocktails and dinner. I highly recommend this lovely appointed home.
