Enjoy a relaxing afternoon lounging by the pool, sipping pina coladas and reading your favorite novel. Take a refreshing dip in our newly remodeled pool or sip wine in the evenings as you watch the cruise ships go by on the horizon. Bella Vista Chalet is a private home within a two acre countryside estate tucked into the foothills of the rainforest. If you enjoy vacations away from the resort atmosphere and prefer a relaxed peaceful getaway for your family or group of friends, then this home may be a great option. Perched on a hillside at the end of a small road, Bella Vista Chalet has an elevation of about 900 feet. The views are stunning and the trade winds provide constant gentle breezes. You will be surrounded in natural beauty and serenaded by the songs of our beloved coqui frogs. Villa Sevilla is adorned with tropical plants, trees, fruits and flowers. There is a newly remodeled pool surrounded in boulders and tropical foliage which ajoins a large sundeck offering the best views and tropical breezes. The property sits near the end of a small road and is an easy walk to the Rio Grande River where you can play in your own private waterfalls and take a refreshing dip in several of the natural pools. More then likely you will be the only one there. Bella Vista Chalet is different from most vacation rentals and yet different from a guest house or B&B. As the owners we live practically next door and will be your hosts throughout your visit. We will deliver fresh baked bread and tropical fruit salad to your door on your first morning, answer questions about the area, assist in planning and reserving activities, make suggestions for itineraries based on our own experience, and we are always just a phone call away without ever being intrusive. We will provide as much or as little interaction as you wish...the choice is completely up to you. A car is necessary to stay at this location and although there are not dining or shopping options within walking distance, these can all be found within 10 to 20 minutes driving time. This location provides easy access to activities and attractions in both the San Juan and Fajardo areas, which are about 35 to 45 minutes driving time. The location is 5 miles above the main town of Rio Grande and it is necessary to drive five miles up a narrower and winding mountain road to arrive in this area. If you are ready for a vacation away from the usual resort and tourist centers and want to experience the true charm of the Puerto Rican countryside in your own private mountainside home, then consider a visit Villa Sevilla's Bella Vista Chalet.
