Or, have fun at the 2 Floridita pools, one which features shallow water and dumping buckets overhead for kid-size fun!
Easily accessible on Front Beach Road, and just a mile from PIER PARK shopping and entertainment plaza, EMERALD BEACH RESORT is situated on nearly 1000 linear feet of Panama City Beach’s beautiful white sand. The resort lobby is well appointed and serviced by escalators and high speed elevators. The SKYBRIDGE to the adjoining parking deck is like no other and features a retro bar and lounge with flat screen TVs! STARBUCK'S cafe is street level and adjoins the main check-in lobby.
Our guests continue to compliment the tasteful decor, cleanliness, and amenities of our condo and the resort, all of which makes for a pleasurable experience. Our balcony view from the 18th FLOOR in Tower I is simply spectacular overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our beautiful, professionally decorated and fully furnished condo SLEEPS 8 (2 bedroom/2 bathroom/Bunk area/Queen sleeper) with 1299 square ft. of living space. The photos shown here are of our actual unit...we've added some decorative touches since then!
The large MASTER BEDROOM has access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The KING size bed is a top-of-the-line Serta plush mattress with high-thread count linens, down pillows and down comforter. The carpeted room includes an upholstered chair by the bay window with ocean view, and large mirrored walk-in closet. The large private MASTER BATH has cultured marble double sinks, a deep corner tub, separate shower, commode recess, and tiled floor.
The GUEST BEDROOM features the same plush mattress and linens in QUEEN size, a large mirrored-door closet, and upholstered chair. Both bedrooms have a 27 inch television, DVD player, chest of drawers, lamps and clock radio.
Twin size BUNK BEDS (kids love them!) are recessed in the hallway next to a deep closet.
The sunny LIVING AREA opens to the oceanfront balcony. The furnishings include a sofa that easily converts to a comfortable Queen sleeper, 2 lounge chairs, tables, a 32 inch LCD flat screen television , DVD player, and movie selection. There is a colorful area rug with tiled floor underfoot.
Sliding glass doors open to the BALCONY that offers an ocean breeze and incredible view down the beach. Two can sit for dining at a round table, or one can relax in the reclining chaise lounge chair.
The upscale KITCHEN features granite counter tops, GE appliances, a large pantry, and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. It is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. We’ve even added Margarita glasses(!), and kid-friendly dishware.
For DINING, our table comfortably seats 6 in upholstered cushioned chairs.
The HALL BATHROOM has a combination tub/shower, marble vanity, commode, and tiled floor. Hair blow dryers are in each bathroom as well as an ample supply of Bath Towels.
For your personal LAUNDRY needs, our condo comes equipped with a stacked Washer/Dryer in Large capacity, plus iron and board.
Included for you convenience are paper products, dish soap and detergent, hand and body soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
We have added tasteful decorative touches to our condo such as canvas artwork, draperies, and other upgraded accessories to create the warmth and ambiance of a TUSCAN SUNSET.
OUR RATES LISTED BELOW ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE (rent, taxes and cleaning) for your convenience.
We feel certain that our accommodations will add to the enjoyment of your vacation at Panama City Beach! We welcome your stay...just remember to bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

We stayed in this condo Sept 2nd - 7th and it was wonderful. The unit is very well stocked, very comfortable and the view as amazing. The pictures don't do it justice... there is so much more to it. You will be glad you stayed here. I highly recommend unit 1830. Thanks for a wonderful time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
