Seacrest gives you relaxation from the hectic lives we all lead. Picture yourself lazing on the balcony, watching dolphin play in the Gulf while overlooking beautiful water and white sugar-sand beaches, basking in the sun, feeling the warm breezes, or just people-watching. Who could ask for more? Enjoy beautiful sunrises and AWESOME sunsets while sipping on your favorite beverage with friends or your loved one. Tropical landscaping around the pool with a gazebo and ceiling fan to escape the heat and sun. After fun at the beach, take a cool shower on boardwalk before entering the pool or hot tub. For convenience, bathrooms are at pool area.

Let the kids sleep in built-in bunk beds in hall with a pocket door for privacy.
You can do laundry with brand new washer- dryer unit just installed in late June, 2011. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided, but if you have your preference, you may bring yours.
The bedroom has a very comfortable queen mattress and decorator window treatments and comforter. The headboard was made to reflect same colors. There is plenty of blankets and 450 thread count sheets to make sleeping-in a luxury; also added for your sleeping pleasure a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper; after all it is your vacation. But with so much to see and do, you can sleep when you return home.
The sofa pulls out to make a queen sleeper with 2 inch foam topper to make your sleep restful and enjoyable. All linens are provided for the bedding arrangements.
In the mornings drink your coffee from 2 new rocking chairs or sit at a new table and 4 chairs on the balcony. Watch for dolphin early am and late pm and they will show off jumping out of the water as they feed on the schools of fish.
In the evenings, take in the gorgeous sunset and walk on the beach searching for sand crabs with a flashlight. Kids and big kids enjoy digging in the sand finding hermit crabs,too.
The beaches are calling you whether you get in the water or not, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air and all the wonderful sounds the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. Take an early morning walk, pick up seashells that washed in overnight or just take in the sounds of the gulf rushing to shore. Whatever you decide to do will be the best experience.
All the comforts of home & free wifi/internet for those that need to stay connected. There are 10 beautiful golf courses in area, chartered in-shore and off-shore fishing. Shop til you drop at Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley just minutes away. Close to restaurants and amusement parks; Waterville (water park), miniature golf for entire family, Gulf Shores Zoo made famous by Hurrican Ivan; movie theaters and Wal-Mart down Hwy 59.
The Wharf at Orange beach has live entertainment at the amphitheatre and a Ferris Wheel. Enjoy shopping at unique shops while there. Also in Orange Beach check out Bear Point Marina for the best dolphin cruise. All age groups will enjoy this. Make reservations before going.
Spend the fall at the beach for cooler weather and not so crowded beaches. The Shrimp Festival in October has vendors with arts/crafts, paintings, and lots of great food/seafood. Live bands on 2 stages for great music.

dinner with great prices. Sea N Suds for a great sandwich or quick lunch. Bahama Bob's--the best cheeseburger you will find on the beach. Jake's for a great steak or best ribs that melt-in-your-mouth. You have to eat at Wentzell's in Orange Beach on left side going toward Florida.

Hello, my name is Sandra Langdon and I retired from Bellsouth with 31 yrs servce in 2000. My mother, Lorene Stanley and I own this "little piece of heaven" that only the grace of God let us have. I am from Birmingham, AL and my mom lives in Gadsden, AL. Even as a child we came to Pensacola. The beach and sand is in our blood. We both love coming here to unwind and relax on the balcony to watch the dolphins and sit drinking coffee in early am. We love Desoto's restaurant, Bahama Bobs for the best burger you can buy, Sea 'N Suds for great lunches, looking for bargains at local shops. I especially enjoy reading on the beach and early morning walks picking up seashells. Love playing in flower beds and arts and crafts, deer & hog hunting, fishing, travelling to the Blue Ridge mountains in October hiking, trout fishing, festivals-finding that one special gift.

This was our fourth stay and we had a blast! The condo was wonderful, as always. We had great weather and of course, the beach was clean and not too crowded! The only downside (which is not related to the condo) is that the wifi and the cell service is spotty, but I think it is the surrroudings of all the buildings, so that would be something to keep in mind if you need to be wired in... :) Sandra has always been awesome to work with and I consider her a friend. The condo is fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy!

Sharon...The condo was lovely, it looked exactly like the pictures. Very well decorated, very clean, and had every amenity that you could want. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony early morning, and late evening, and it was very peaceful. There was some oil on the beach, but only small amounts, nothing that you could not step over. Sunshine everyday, and pretty hot. Overall this was a great place to stay and you were very nice and very pleasant to work with. We really enjoyed going to the Naval Air Musem in Pensacola, FL. it was really fascinating to look at all the planes they had in there. It is worth your time to go see this place. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo, we made lots of memories for years to come. Thanks a lot The Hilliards

Sandra, We had a wonderful time during our stay in your condo the last two weeks in January. The condo was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The entire condo was very tastefully decorated and and provided a home away from home. We found the kitchen very well equipped for cooking when we weren't visiting the restaurants in the area. Thanks for the tips on places to eat, they were great. Even though the weather was, from what we understand, colder than usual, we had a great time walking the beach and enjoying the balcony on warmer days. We kept telling ourselves, "Well, at least it isn't snowing". We will certainly recommend your condo to friends and we also hope to return. Thanks again for a enjoyable vacation. Shari and John

A great condo - very clean, good location, nice view. Sandra is good to work with - efficient and pleasant. Note that the top bunk will only sleep a small person due to ceiling clearance, but the sleeper sofa is comfortable. We will return.

Sandra, Your condo was just perfect for us, it was everything you said it was and more! The view from our balcony (we saw lots of dolphins too)was beautiful, we wished we had booked a longer stay! Sandra, We loved your condo. It was beautiful! We saw dolphins almost every day out in the Gulf. The condo was just right for a family of three. It was the perfect home away from home for us because of its central location. Thanks for having such a beautiful condo available for rent!

Sandra, I absolutely loved the condo. You didn't exaggerate in the least regarding anything. We managed to have some good days in between the rain, but I have to say that even on the stormy days, the view was breathtaking over the water. My 11 year old had the best time. Thanks so much for your hospitality. Also, the return of our deposit was very speedy. I plan on being in touch with you next year for another visit. It will be refreshing from now on, not to search for a condo online. I will always stay at yours from now on, if available!
