NEW OWNERSHIP - the second of our luxurious Grand Reserve Villas and sister to the prestigious Grand Oak Villa.

Grand Reserve is a small prestigious gated community of much sought after executive homes. Built around Lake Thomas and the surrounding wetland and conservation areas it offers a peaceful and tranquil environment to both the permanent residents as well as the guests of our vacation homes.

It is ideally located only 12 minutes from the Disney theme parks, 3 minutes from Champions Gate - a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, and close by to many other superb Golf courses and restaurants. The I-4 gives easy access to other popular Florida attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Discovery Cove as well as the many shopping malls and other retail therapy outlets.

Our luxurious home offers spacious accommodation on two levels for up to 10 guests as well as a heated 30 foot pool and spa. As it is bordered by conservation land on three sides it also affords our guests complete privacy as well as picturesque pond views to the rear and one side of the property.

The villa itself is elegantly furnished. On the first floor as you enter the villa there are the formal living and dining areas which then lead into a spacious well equipped kitchen, and the comfortable family room which has a large wide screen TV for your enjoyment.

The main master suite has a king sized bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom with garden bath and separate walk in shower stall, and walk-in closet, as well as direct access to the pool and lanai area and views over the conservation pond to the rear.

On the opposite side of the Villa is the third master bedroom with a queen sized bed, the second bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a further room with bunk beds for our younger guests. At the end of the hallway is the utility room with washer and dryer and access to the double garage.

Also at the end of the hallway is the stairs leading to the second master king suite with full bathroom and walk in closet, with far reaching views over the conservation area to the front of the property. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD player.

The spa and pool deck overlooks the pond and wetland area to the rear of the property ensuring complete privacy where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity where you are not at all overlooked. We also have comfortable loungers so that you can soak up the warm tropical sunshine. The screened pool enclosure, deck and pool lighting also allow you to enjoy this area long after the sun has set.

During the day the conservation area is a birdwatchers paradise. Sand Cranes, herons and woodpeckers are frequent visitors. At dusk the wetland area comes alive with a cacophony of sounds from the creatures of the night. The throaty melody of the bullfrogs and the hypnotic chirrup of the cicadas fills the warm evening air as you relax and enjoy the unique Floridian ambiance with a chilled wine or cool beer and contemplate nothing more taxing than tomorrow’s adventures.

For the comfort of all our guests both this, and our other home Grand Oak Villa are non smoking homes and regrettably pets are also not permitted.

  • We are the Brookes and Taylor family of five and stayed at Grand Palm Villa from 12th August 2009 till 27th August 2009 from start to finish the holiday was fantastic the villa was way beyond our expectations so spacious very clean and everything that you would want for a stay in Florida. The pool was great we all had a swim every morning, with lovey views from the pool and the sun coming up over the pool in the morning was just superb, also very welcoming to have a dip after a long day out was just so relaxing. We managed to do so many things in two weeks, we went to a baseball game in Tampa, so much fun that was complete entertainment, we did a segway tour around the town of Celebration, we managed to go horse riding on the beach at Bradenton for Tracey's birthday the Mexican Gulf was so warm we took the horses right out to sea what an experience, also went on an airboat ride and saw an alligator and bald eagle, also the girls managed lots of shopping. While there we had to do some parks and we visited Universal, EPCOT and the Kennedy space centre, we did try and see the space shuttle take off at 01.30 in the morning but 10 minutes from take off it was canceled however just being there at the river bank in Titusville was an experience in itself. We would all like to thank you Jennie, Tom and Phillip for making this a very very special holiday for us, having you there to show us around was simply wonderful thank you so much you are wonderful friends to us and we would not hesitate to go again, hopefully soon. lots of love David, Tracey, Faye, Alan and Eileen.

  • As return guests we already understood what a fantastic location and property we were visiting. More family members joined us, and the home easily accommodated the four adults and five kids for a great holiday in March. The proximity to many adventure locations is convenient, and the private yard is welcome for relaxation and fun. We'll be back Jeanie!

  • We had a great time in Grand Palm Villa. The photos dont do this villa justice as there was loads of room for the little boy to charge around. The kitchen and Fridge served us well and the heated pool was used morning, noon and night. We were also impressed that all you could see from the pool was trees and wildlife, and not other villas. Excellent location as its near the highway as well as all the local facilities. There was more supermarkets within 2 square miles than there is in the whole of Redcar. You could also tell that this villa had been well maintained and recently decorated, as all the fixtures and fittings looked good (unlike other villas that have some strange bits of old furniture that look antique). We didn't see any wild boars but we did see some large crains singing their hearts out in the garden. Finally, thanks for all the personal touches before the holiday with maps, info etc. I'm sure we will return..... Martin, Debbie, Joshua, Kate and Steven.

  • We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 girls - whom stayed in the Grand Palm Villa for 7 days in April. We had a wonderful time. The house is great, very nice decorated, beautiful furnished and well maintained. We have had a very positive conversation with Jennie whom has done every thing possible to ensure we had a nice vacation. The house is located with a private pool and garden area overlooking conservation land. No neighbours to the left and behind and a small fence to the nighbour to the right ensures that you have privacy. We had pool heating (April), which was nice for our 2 girls. Tours to the parks is only 15 min. drive and the local Publix (Big Super Market) is only 5 min away. We will certainly recommend it to others! Thanks to Jennie for making this a great vacation! We have visited Orlando before but your villa is by far the best we have stayed in. We saw an amazing array of wildlife whist sitting by the pool ,including armadillos,racoons and large wading birds plus a pair of owls. All this and Disney etc an easy car journey away.   • Dear Jennie, We had an excellent time on vacation, the house was great and we would certainly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation to the Orlando area. It was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable, just a wonderful villa with everything of the highest standard. We really appreciated the privacy on the pool deck because the majority of the homes are only inches away from each other. Early one morning while having our coffee by the pool, we counted 11 hot air balloons going over the house....what an awesome sight! Another morning we were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of two armadillos playing along side the house. Great house, great location! Jennie, you were a delight to work with and we will definitely return should we vacation again in the Orlando area. Thanks for sharing your home!
