NEW OWNERSHIP - the second of our luxurious Grand Reserve Villas and sister to the prestigious Grand Oak Villa.
Grand Reserve is a small prestigious gated community of much sought after executive homes. Built around Lake Thomas and the surrounding wetland and conservation areas it offers a peaceful and tranquil environment to both the permanent residents as well as the guests of our vacation homes.
It is ideally located only 12 minutes from the Disney theme parks, 3 minutes from Champions Gate - a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, and close by to many other superb Golf courses and restaurants. The I-4 gives easy access to other popular Florida attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Discovery Cove as well as the many shopping malls and other retail therapy outlets.
Our luxurious home offers spacious accommodation on two levels for up to 10 guests as well as a heated 30 foot pool and spa. As it is bordered by conservation land on three sides it also affords our guests complete privacy as well as picturesque pond views to the rear and one side of the property.
The villa itself is elegantly furnished. On the first floor as you enter the villa there are the formal living and dining areas which then lead into a spacious well equipped kitchen, and the comfortable family room which has a large wide screen TV for your enjoyment.
The main master suite has a king sized bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom with garden bath and separate walk in shower stall, and walk-in closet, as well as direct access to the pool and lanai area and views over the conservation pond to the rear.
On the opposite side of the Villa is the third master bedroom with a queen sized bed, the second bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a further room with bunk beds for our younger guests. At the end of the hallway is the utility room with washer and dryer and access to the double garage.
Also at the end of the hallway is the stairs leading to the second master king suite with full bathroom and walk in closet, with far reaching views over the conservation area to the front of the property. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD player.
The spa and pool deck overlooks the pond and wetland area to the rear of the property ensuring complete privacy where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity where you are not at all overlooked. We also have comfortable loungers so that you can soak up the warm tropical sunshine. The screened pool enclosure, deck and pool lighting also allow you to enjoy this area long after the sun has set.
During the day the conservation area is a birdwatchers paradise. Sand Cranes, herons and woodpeckers are frequent visitors. At dusk the wetland area comes alive with a cacophony of sounds from the creatures of the night. The throaty melody of the bullfrogs and the hypnotic chirrup of the cicadas fills the warm evening air as you relax and enjoy the unique Floridian ambiance with a chilled wine or cool beer and contemplate nothing more taxing than tomorrow’s adventures.
For the comfort of all our guests both this, and our other home Grand Oak Villa are non smoking homes and regrettably pets are also not permitted. |
