Cozy and Comfy! Simply the BEST!

This condo is a truly lovely place to stay at Horizon South. My daughter, my tiny Pomeranian "fur infant" and I stayed for 3 nights over New Year's Eve and loved every minute. The owner made us feel so much more than welcome and even provided us with yummy apple fritters upon our arrival early on New Year's Eve morning. She was most helpful and friendly with our request and even let us have a late checkout when something came up. The unit itself is immaculate and is like a cozy and comfortable island of lace, soft pillows and muted pastel colors. It had a wonderfully comfortable bed, and the two cozy bunk beds were like cuddling up in a cocoon each night. Great state of the art televisions and free wi fi kept my teenage daughter busy with all the comforts of home, too. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful china and enough pots, pans and other culinary essentials to cook up a feast for any guests you might want to invite over. This unit is located within a nicely landscaped, green and well kept area of the complex away from the roads and traffic noise, too. It is the best place for people with small dogs, which are welcomed, and the walking areas for dogs is just great; it seemed that everyone there had t least one dog, and every one we met was well behaved and leashed. There is no trace of animal waste, so the pet owners all seemed to comply with the "Pick Up After Your Pet" rules, too. This unit, unlike others I have rented, has a roomy washer and dryer for keeping the towels clean and dry for the many trips to the hot tub and heated pool you are sure to make when you are a guest of Marie's in this "home away from home" of a condo. The porch, with its table and chairs were just perfect for our holiday decorations and offered us a warm place to bask in the sun while drinking our morning coffee. The location of Horizon South is perfect for families, too, with Pier Park for ALL you could want to do or buy. Also, Winn Dixie is very close to buy all the munchies for the beach; the beach is just steps away from this unit, as well. If you are thinking of renting in this great complex, look no further: this is the best unit, clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. we stayed here in 2008 and it was by far the best vacation we've EVER had. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and my kids still ask about her. We will be coming back every chance we get. Looking forward to june 2011!!!!

My husband and I stayed here May 21-28, 2010. I highly recommend this condo. It is adorable and very clean. Everything we needed was there in the condo. It is in the perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. The owner is a lovely lady. We will definitely be back!!

I spent another great month in this condo in January and plan on returning another year for a longer stay. The property is well maintained,with modern furniture and is neat and clean. January, 2010 was my third stay in this condo and I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

We just returned from a wonderful condo to stay!!! The owner is a lovely lady, and her condo was very comfortable, EXTREMELY clean and neat!!! She even had dinner and fruit waiting for us after a long trip!!!! What a wonderful lady!!!!! The pools and grounds of the condos were very well kept up and neat!!!!!

This is one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in. I had coffee with the owner and she is a dear. The bed slept so well that we are looking for a mattress like it. The air conditioning was perfect. It is really decorated nicely. It is so pretty and crisp. You will just have to enjoy this unit and the complex. She has everything you could need except maybe a needle and thread and if you would need one I think she would bring one to you.
