Fifty feet to either pool or hot tub, one hundred feet to the white sand beach. It is a newly rebuilt condo with cable and wi-fi and TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. Completely stocked kitchen and every appliance replaced in 2007. High capacity washer and dryer. Furnishings are comfortable and beachy. Patio is set up for dining or relaxing and is within 100 feet of beach.
