This a ground floor, beach level unit on the beach (that means walk out the door on the beach level and use the dune cross-over bridge to reach the beach) in a family-oriented condo community. Fifty feet to either pool or hot tub, one hundred feet to the white sand beach. It is a newly rebuilt condo with HD cable and wi-fi and flat screen TVs with NetFlix Blue-Ray players in master bedroom and living room and standard TVs in the other two bedrooms . Completely stocked kitchen and every appliance replaced in 2007. High capacity washer and dryer. Furnishings are comfortable and beachy. Patio is set up for dining or relaxing and is within 100 feet of beach. Lawn chairs and bench swing on beach side for relaxing and watching dolphins.

                This condo is absolutely fabulous! We stayed in July 07 and are going back for 10 days this year! Nicely decorated, nice location! Awesome!
