This home is located near a lagoon beach suitable for walking and collecting shells. All the rooms are sizable and comfortably furnished. There is a nice deck in the back of the house just off the kitchen facing a sizable yard. The front of the house features a farmer's porch. The home also has an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has an outside deck and bathroom in-suite. There are ceiling fans throughout the house and all rooms have at least two windows to capture the wonderful summer breezes. NO Pets Allowed, No Smoking. There is minimal traffic on this street, so kids can play safely outside. We are about five minutes by bike from Circuit Avenue.

Why the Owner Chose Oak Bluffs
We had been renting on the Vineyard for nearly 10 years when we decided to take the plunge and purchase a property. We chose this location because of the quiet street and proximity to the lagoon, and quick access to Circuit Ave.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the fact that we can get up in the morning and walk to Circuit Avenue for our morning coffee. It allows us to get a little exercise and plan our day and evening meal!
