  We were very pleased with our stay at the Rookery. We were skeptical about renting a condo in one of the busy large high-rise units in Gulf Shores, so when I found this cottage, it was exactly what we wanted. It was so relaxing and more private, yet were able to meet others also staying at the complex. The owners were wonderful to work with and the cottage was very clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Our favorite restaurant - the red shrimp at Rib & Red's in Gulf Shores.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  Absolutely loved the cottage, very nicely equipped, very homey and comfortable. We were busy the whole month with many things to do in the area. We walked to the beach each morning, just couldn't get enough of that beautiful gulf. Every night we relaxed in the beautiful hot tub. We highly recommend the Rookery for a great vacation!

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Rookery. It was so peaceful. It felt like home. Nice and clean. My boy's loved it. The pool was nice. (my only complaint is the lock on the gate wasnt working) other than that it was great. It didnt take long to get to the beach. Y'all need to put more pictures up on your site. Everything was nice! I recommend family's with children to stay here. We willbe back!

  This was by far the best trip we have had in 10 years. The property is clean and oh so quiet (family oriented). We enjoyed the pool everyday and the beaches were fantastic. We loved the fact that we could walk to the beach or drive, even with a 3- and 6-year-old. Everything was as expected. Owners are wonderful communicators. We plan to make this our "go to" vacation rental.

  The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures! The owner was exremely helpful & we recieved our deposit back just a few days after returning home! The pool is great for some children giving plenty of room for non swimmers to plash around in but also enough room to swim in! The shade by the pool is great! The beach is nice too. It's a 20-30 minute drive back into Gulf Beach but Waterville is well worth if you like waterparks. I would definitely recommend this condo! We will most likely return.

  We were very pleased with our stay at your beach cottage. The village was quiet, yet only a few blocks from the beach. Nice beds, baths, and kitchen. The unit was roomy and clean and we were very pleased with all of it. The pool was relaxing and big enough for lots of kids, next time we will bring our bikes! While we were in Gulf Shores we ate at Bahama Bob's, The Gulf Steamer and a new place to us in the Wharf called Villagio's, an upscale dining experience. One note, if you are going during the spring bring bug spray for the sand gnats!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage. It was quiet, inviting, comfortable and very well appointed. The wildlife sanctuary behind the house is beautiful. We had a wonderful time at the pool and our pups absolutely loved going to play with us on the beach! They also loved running on the boardwalk heading to and from the cottage. Go figure! We hope to go back sometime soon! Thank you for such a restful respite to enjoy a wonderful (and pet friendly!) weekend.

  Wonderful, relaxing beach cottage. Pool is great for toddlers, zero entry means they have a HUGE kiddie pool. Went to the beach for sunsets, into Gulf Shores for a few restaurants, but mostly just relaxed with the kids.

  We enjoyed our stay away in Fort Morgan. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your quite, pet friendly cottage. The hot tub was great and our pug loved the beach. She's been to the beach several times, but never actually on the beach. Thanks for accomadating us for her first beach friendly stay! The Lassiter Family

  We enjoyed a great 4tn of July week at the beach cottage. We loved the brightly colored rooms and the screened in porch. We used the outdoor grill for a fun barbeque. The kitchen was well equipped for all our eat-in meals. We loved the beach sunsets and enjoyed meals at Lulu's., Tacky Jack's and Mikee's. We loved the privacy at the beach, and it was fun watching all the dogs playing in the surf. Thanks to the Noels for making our trip such a pleasure.
