    We have rented condos in San Clemente at least once a year for the past 6 years and this was by far the best fit for us. The location is wonderful and the property itself is exceptional. The property manager was on site to greet us and had clearly spent his day making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Between his friendliness and availability for any question or need, and the owners' openness and helpfulness, there was no question unanswered or need unmet. The condo was spotlessly clean and the decor and design of this place is unbelievable. We have never seen such incredible attention to every single detail in a rental unit. It is so comfortable and welcoming - and so well built and sound proof. Every room was just amazing - from the kitchen to the many bathrooms to the beautifully designed bedrooms. We would absolutely recommend this property to friends and plan to come back to this home many times. This place is absolutely ideal for families with school aged kids, who can handle a short walk to the beach. The space is just amazing.

    Our stay was amazing. We arrived a little early and were met by Steven who is a caretaker of the home. He told us about the amazing restaurants and things to do nearby. The condo was immaculate in every sense of the word all the way down to his and her robes in the master bathroom! The home felt bigger than advertised and the views of the ocean were superb. Stephanie the owner and Steven took great care of us. They were so attentive to all of our needs and they were so genuine and sincere. We will plan another trip to this home and will recommend it to friends and family. Thanks you Stephanie and Steven! The Reeds

    Stephanie was great to work with and took care of everything. She was very attentive in organizing the last minute details of our trip and even made recommendations on activities, dining, etc. Would highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

    We had 10 folks (six adults, four kids) and we all fit nicely in this beautiful, comfortable house. The beds were comfortable, the master bathroom luxurious. Kitchen utensils all good quality and stood up to our preparation of three meals a day for 10 people. Walk to the beach is not bad at all, the beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice surprise to find in the garage. Thanks for a great stay!

    "Just a quick note to say how wonderful your home felt to my family. My kids are the same ages as yours. . and we stayed upstairs in the back room and pink room. My husband loved just reading on the couch and sitting on the deck. Wow. . loved everything and it felt like home. Thank you for sharing your lovely home."

    "Best Private Rental Home EVER! Our family spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this fabulous home. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and full of quality ammenities. What added to our experience was the kind graciousness extended to us by the owner. She went up and beyond to insure that my family had a memorable holiday."

    "The vacation was great, and the house was a large part of that. We had everything we needed at our finger-tips. Walking in the front door was a delightful moment, not at all diminished as we saw the other rooms. As one family member said, 'We just walked into House Beautiful.' I wanted to honor my brother and his wife with the master suite and the room was more than I could have possibly anticipated. Thank you for all the extra and thoughtful touches. We did enjoy the beach equipment and gear provided. The weather was nice as well. We all have wonderful memories and I would recommend your place to anyone. Thanks so much for providing your gorgeous home!"

    Our family has been coming to San Clemente for over 20 years and as our family has grown over the years, we found the Kamel house to be a perfect fit! It was a beautiful home with very many luxury items to enjoy. Most rentals do not supply the greatest kitchen items, but the Kamels provide the best of everything. The house is very close to the famous T-Street beach and we loved how spacious each room was. The house was very clean and decorated like a luxury hotel! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Kamel family!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    I stayed at this San Clemente Beach house for a week with my parents who came in from Texas and my wife and two children. The house is beautiful and spacious with all of the amenities we were looking for. We were a short walk from the beach, and had everything we needed at the house. The house was also very kid-friendly, which was great for my 2 and 4 year old boys. Thanks for a great vacation!

    This had to be the best accomodations I've stayed at ever! My children and their friends were in awe of the place. Very short walk to beach! The home was tastefully decorated with high end amenities. It was pure pleasure staying there. I would recommend this rental highly.

    My husband and I brought our three daughters, their spouses, and two grandchildren to this great house, and everyone had plenty of space! It provided a definite happy ambience, with its colorful decorating, and it was very comfortable for all. It was nice to sit down to family dinners all together! We appreciated the access to beach chairs, etc. It was a memorable week for us as a family.

    Our family loved our stay at the beautiful Kamel Beach House. The house is creative and colorful. We enjoyed every little detail put into the decor and amenities. It is steps from the beach, pier, and dining. It is the perfect spot in beautiful San Clemente! We can't wait to go back!

    We rented this beautiful and superbly decorated home near the ocean from the Kamels for a mini family reunion. The home is very comfortable, new and clean. The kitchen and bedrooms have everything you will need for your stay. We now have a new favorite beach town in Southern California and a favorite home to rent. I've rented from VRBO 7 times and this is by far the nicest home we have stayed in.

    We can guarantee you a wonderful vacation in this luxury "condo", really a 3,000 sq. foot home. This colorful and tastefully decorated condo should be featured on the cover of Architectural Digest. It is an easy half a block walk to the pier and easy beach access to all of the wonders of the California coast. Enjoy!

    I stayed at this beautiful home with 4 friends. It was a team building/bonding vacation (shopping) and we had a ball! The home is large, luxurious and offered privacy to each of us. I would highly recommend this rental over my usual stint at the St. Regis in Laguna nigel!

    This is a great vacation spot and wonderful accommodations for a family or group of friends. There is everything you could ask for, amenity-wise, and the rooms are all large, beautifully and comfortably decorated, with loads of natural light. Steps from good restaurants and the pier and beach.
