Enjoy boating, water-skiing, swimming, water parks, fishing, golf, shopping or relax on our private deck. You will enjoy the fantastic view from our sixth floor 28’ deck while relaxing or Barbeque. (Did I say sixth floor? Don’t worry because you can use the elevator to come and go!)
Our condominium is located off of Linn Creek Cove. This area is great for fishing, boating, tubing, water skiing, swimming, dining and more! The location is perfect! It is close to the confluence of the Osage (31mm) and the Big Niangua Arm. Take the Big Niangua to enjoy quiet boating to the cool spring fed waters of Ha Ha Tonka State Park, or go up the Osage to Hurricane deck for more quiet boating. Are you looking for action? Boat to Osage Beach where you will find restaurants, night clubs, marinas abound! (24’ Boat slip available.)
By car, we are a few minutes from Camdenton’s restaurants, shopping and other activities. Golfers check this out...the Lake Valley Country Club and Old Kinderhook Golf Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf are close by. In addition there are twelve other courses in the area. Some are designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Robert Trent Jones Sr.
It is a short 20 minute drive to Osage Beach! Like to shop? There are many local specialty shops and the 120 plus stores on the Osage Beach Factory Outlet Mall. Great for Christmas shopping! Also, visit the many restaurants, night clubs, and other fun family activities. Go a few minutes farther and visit Bagnel Dam Strip!

Memorial Day-Labor Day .. $125/night .. $750/week (7th night free).
Sept-May (Labor Day-Memorial Day)... $80/night .. $480/week (7th night free).
Two-Night minimum except on holiday weekends - Holidays - three night minimum.
$125 Deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior.
Optional Boat Slip $15/night
$200 Refundable Security deposit required, $65 Cleaning fee
Check-in 3 PM, Check-out 11 AM.
No smoking/pets. Must be 25 years or older.Call to check on last minute vacancies.

Just completed our stay here during the Shoot Out week. The condo and location exceeded our expectations. The location is one of the best we have experienced on the lake. Quiet cove, good location to drop anchor and hang out, plus 3 restaurant/bars within minutes. Condo itself was great! Thank god for the elevator!! :-) What a view. Boat slip was perfect for our 30' boat. Larry was great to work. We will definitely be repeat renters!!! Thanks!! The Fosters - Wichita, KS
