Nestled between the Chippewa and Flambeau Rivers, Pulaski Lake is a beautiful crystal clear lake of 180 acres. There are some great opportunities for canoeing and kayaking on the close by rivers, as well as Lake Pulaski.

Hatch Landing on the Chippewa River is a great place to put in your canoe or your kayak. Our fifty feet of lake frontage provides a fantastic beach and swimming adventure. Experience the unspoiled beauty, discover nature and relax in a tranquil environment. Enjoy the call of the loons, see eagles soaring overhead and experience our abundant wildlife like deer and fox. We have a very quiet property on this lovely lake most of the time, even though our neighbors have access to the lake through our frontage.

Our cabin is new and has a unique open concept. It is tastefully decorated in an eclectic style of antiques and new furnishings. The large elevated deck is a great place to enjoy meals and the scenery. Our cabin is available year round. Winterhaven, the only resort on Pulaski, is at the other end of the lake and offers a bar and grill type menu and entertainment. We are 10 miles from Bruce and 16 miles from Ladysmith, the county seat. Lake Holcombe about 10 minutes away, boasts several upscale restaurants and a golf course.

Come and enjoy the peacefulness that nature provides. We respect our neighbors and the environment, so this is not a place for loud and inconsiderate groups. Our cabin is on six and a half acres. We have a large organic garden on the property and we will often be seen watering or weeding the garden and love to share our produce.

There is an Old Town Canoe available and a dock. Opportunities for guided fishing trips and horses back trail riding are available within three miles from nearby Flaters’ resort.

$500 Deposit required at time of booking, then a check for the full rental is due
2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to arrival date, will incur forfeiture of your
Deposit.
Security deposit will be refunded in full, within 60 days, when cabin is left in
the same condition it was in prior to being rented to the tenants.

  • We were thrilled with our stay here. It was not pretentious and it was very clean and nice. We have 2 small boys and the little beach, dock and boats were ideal. We would be back again in '08 but we are vacationing with another family - so it isn't big enough. But for 2 adults and 2 kids who wanted a mellow relaxing week -this is the place. The owners couldn't be nicer!

  • Our annual stay at Pulaski Lake for a week of family vacation was enhanced this year by our accommodations. Jim and Meg made us feel welcome, answered all our questions and saw that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. They even shared vegetables form their own organic garden located on the property. The cabin was clean, spacious and easily accommodated the three adults and two small children in our group. The bonus was that Meg has made the space feel inviting and relaxing with her tasteful décor. For the cooks in the group the kitchen was well stocked enough to do serious cooking. The design of the large windows allows you to observe the beautiful surroundings area and lake. We plan to be back next year.
