Hello! We both moved to Wilmington 20 years ago and knew instantly we loved Wrightsville Beach...we would spend many of our spring/summer days at the gorgeous beach area at the North end and then decided a few years ago, to purchase this oceanfront condo for our enjoyment! We hope you will enjoy this property just as much as we do and can assure you that the views are amazing!
Why the Owner Chose Wrightsville Beach
We chose this location because we live in downtown Wilmington, and knew during summer we wanted to be able to be closer to the ocean so this property would put us right on the beach!

This property is 4th floor all oceanfront and has spectacular ocean views! The beach is very expansive and is also a very tranquil and quiet area of Wrightsville beach as it is located at the northern most end of the island. This is absolutely the best place to stay at Wrightsville Beach - the beach itself is fantastic - but this condo is just as great! It was very clean and the owners are great to deal with. Thanks for helping to make our June vacation great!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The view is amazing....the pictures don't do it justice. The 4th floor location is perfect. We really enjoyed the wide beach and the fact that it wasn't very crowded at that end of the island. The condo is so well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything felt nice and new and clean. We felt that we got a great deal and can't wait to go back again!

First time visitor to Wilmington/Wrightsville area. I did some research online prior to making any reservation plans for our summer family vacation. Upon arrival at Wrightsville, we were all pleasantly surprised how beautiful the town was. The location of the hotel at the northern end of the beach couldn't have been better, as most of the traffic were guests at the resort. It was very quiet and peaceful. The ocean front location of the unit we stayed in was superb. It was on the fourth floor, with the perfect view of the beach and parking just steps away from the condo. The hotel, the beach and both indoor/outdoor pools were very clean. Most importantly, the rental unit was even nicer than the pictures on the web. The owners have done a great job maintaining the property and were always available by phone or email. My whole family had a wonderful time on our trip! My two teenage daughters loved it so much that we had to cancel two day trips we had planned during our stay. They didn't want to leave the resort. They just couldn't get enough. My wife and I appreciated it just as much and hope to return soon!

My daughter, son-in-law, and I spent a weekend at this condo while attending a wedding. The view of the beach and ocean are spectacular. The condo was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The owners were very helpful. I recommend it.

We stayed here for a summer vacation and the resort was amazing. It was just renovated when we visited and the condo was perfect. All oceanfront views from the living room and balcony! Condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, even beach chairs! We will be back next year!
