Convertible Bed: A DayBed (couch) in the Sun Room downstairs also has a Pop-Up Trundle Bed that hides underneath. Together these can comfortably sleep two adults downstairs. Crib: A folding crib and high chair are available (stored under the Master Bed) at no extra charge.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: Located in living area downstairs. TV (No Cable/Satellite): Located in upstairs bedroom. DVD VCR Video Library: A collection of family friendly DVD's and VCR tapes. CD Player Stereo System Shared Pool: From the pool there is a beautiful view of Sand Pointe Cove.

You can check this out for yourself on a night-time paddle in the kayak fleet of Kai Kotch! Just a few miles drive away in "Hutland" is "Mr. Willie's Farm" where a large flock of the endangered species West Indian Whistling Duck have found a very welcoming refuge around a pond. An added bonus: Mr. Willie's pigs in the covered pens also usually have a litter or two of very cute piglets to delight the young at heart!
