Our newly remodeled home which sits on half an acre in a quiet residential neighborhood offers a unique open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and fans, two master bedrooms each with full size beds (linens included), a TV in each room, two bathrooms(towels included), washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with access to a sunny deck, comfortable futon living room furniture with Ortho mattresses that sleeps up to five people, a 27" TV with Cable, DVD player, and stereo with iPod dock.
Our home also includes plenty of parking, a large yard for kids to play in, the use of two adult cruiser bikes to cycle around Berlin, golf coupons, a pass to Assateague National Park where you can see the wild ponies and deer, do many water activities (either bay or beach side), sunbathe by the ocean, watch the sunset on the bay and have a bonfire on the beach at night.
