"Gibby's" delightful home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is approx. 1400 sq. feet. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen, the third bedroom has two twin beds with a trundle and the living room couch is a hide-a-bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals. Gibby's also offers a 6-person hot tub for you to relax in after a fun filled day in beautiful Summit County. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Gibby's is just one block from Frisco's charismatic Main Street and within walking distance of the Frisco Marina. The Frisco Marina opens shortly after Lake Dillon thaws and closes in late September or early October, depending on the weather. The "Island Grill" at the Marina is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Frisco is the ideal mountain town with easy to locate shops and a warm atmosphere.Frisco has something for everyone.

Gibby's is the perfect vacation spot both summer and winter.

Conciere Services are available at an additional cost. Services include grocery and liquor shopping, maid service, gift, flower, and food delivery from various local restaurants.

  • The house was SWEET! I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is by far the cleanest place I have stayed in! We felt at home from the moment we stepped inside and the hot tub was great after a cold day on the ski slopes! I highly recommend this place.   • My friends I had a wonderful time. We could have done some many things, but the home was so comfortable we spent most of our time at the house talking. We loved being with in walking distance of the shopping and restaurants. I recommend this house to everyone looking for a nice relaxing get away.

  • This was a very cozy home away from home. With 2 children in tow everything I needed was right at my finger tips. There is a grocery store just up the road and all the shops were within walking distance. I would recomend this lovely home to all of my friends and family.

  • This was a fabulous place to stay. Very roomy and comfortable. Extremely clean. Couldn't ask for a better location - it was so close to town, easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The street is quite. Loved the front deck, but my favorite feature was the back patio - you can hear the river running and watch the foxes playing on this spacious lot. Makes a great get-away spot for a group of friends or a family. We felt right at home.
