Welcome to Lake of the Ozarks on the quiet side. A three bedroom house with two living areas, two baths and lots of room for family dining. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with safe swimming in the cove and main channel views. Enjoy relaxing on the lakefront deck while watching the kids play and fish in the cove. The fishing is good and there is a swim deck to lay out and grab some sun. Shopping at the Mall is not that far away with the community bridge. Off of highway 5 south of Laurie, onto F deep into the oak trees of Sunrise Beach.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen and the third (sunroom) has a double. There is also a sofa bed and an inflatable mattress available. The upper floor has been recently repainted and full of pictures. Also available is use of the two car garage so parking for four vehicles is possible.No parking on street.

Renter responsible for cleaning and laundry upon departure OR for an additional fee of $125.00 cleaning and laundry is provided.
Renter must be 25 years of age.
Reservations require a 50% deposit of total rent amount due at time of booking and balance of fee due 30 days prior to reservation date.
Rental fee does not include damages or abnormal care. Damages will be billed at time and materials to renter.
Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental fee if cancelling 30 days prior to reservation date. A 50% cancellation fee of total rental fee if cancelling less than 30 days prior to reservation date.

  • The property was very easy to find especially with the photo directions that the owner sent. We were pleasently surprised how clean the house was. Clean is always good!! The stairs, ugh, we were a bunch of girls that are used to our husbands doin all of the loading and unloading. A dolly would be a great addition to the property! Between getting bags, grocheries and trash up and down the stairs it would just make it easier. Thanks for letting us stay!
