Just another day in paradise. That's how we feel whenever we stay at our beach house. Our home is like new, inside and out. Our beach house has two bedrooms, master with a queen size and the other has two twin size beds. We also have a queen size sofa sleeper and an additional rollaway twin that allows for a total of seven to sleep comfortably. It is recommended you bring your own linens and towels.
You will also find TVs in each bedroom and a DVD player with the TV in the family room.
The kitchen is equipped with an island cooking surface, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker. Iron and ironing board is also provided. We ask that you provide your own paper products.
The beach and pools are only minutes away with the GOLF CART that is also provided. Parking for the golf cart is provided at the pools and at the beach.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check In is at 3 PM and Check Out is by 11 AM. Call for mailing instructions on security deposits. When checking out, we ask you to leave the home in the condition you found it and ready for the next guests since there is no maid service.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. The kids had plenty to do from pools to beach to park. The golf cart that was provided was a real convenience. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with.

We stayed at this home for many years - this is a wonderful home in a wonderful community with everything you could want for a vacation - has tons of room and very clean - i would recommend this rental to anyone - we would still be staying their if we didn't buy one of our own - Thanks Steve for some great memories Nita & Tracy Day
