The unit combines immediate access to outlet shops and area restaurants with a quiet setting overlooking ponds and fountains. Living space includes a enclosed sunroom to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun, as well as a private deck off the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room provides warmth as well as beauty. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with dual sinks in a large vanity. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway as well as one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has recessed lighting and a pantry cabinet. A full size washer and dryer are located in your own laundry room.

  • We had a great time during our stay in the property. It's within very short distance to the beach, outlet, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores and etc. The condo was comfortably furnished and looked brand new. The owner made every effort to have everything ready and make our life easy, and she even provided fishing information. The communication between the owner and the renter was wonderful. Anytime the renter contacted the owner, the owner would respond instantly. We could not expect more from the owner and would definitely go back again the next time.

  • Beautiful place! Went for a quick get-away and did not want to leave! There is plenty to do for kids and adults (including two beaches), plenty of great places to eat and if you want to do nothing, this rental is SO comfortable! My boyfriend and I are already talking about getting the family to rent the place out sometime next year!!
