This 2 bedroom with a master king, two twins beds plus a sleeper sofa is comfortable and spacious! Whether you hook a big one, kayak the canal, gaze at the sunsets or just relax with a book, you'll enjoy your stay in Rockport. It's what Key West must have been like in the early years...a fishing village with great art galleries, fine restaurants and a sweet local flavor of the coast.
It's a laid back place but close enough to the hustle if you want it. One block down, the yacht club offers a great people watching opportunity with a newly renovated bar/restaurant offering a fresh catch of the day and sporting an incredible outdoor deck to enjoy your meal, have drinks, hear live entertainment and visit with the locals. The Blue Wave beach is a 10 minute drive away. You can fish off the deck day or night.
The two level townhome style condo has a newly remodeled master bath, a well stocked kitchen (I love to cook), great breezes on the deck and a balcony off the master overlooking the waterway. You'll enjoy awesome views of the sunsets and many feathered friends. Small pets will be considered especially for long term renters, a secure wi-fi connection is available and a boat slip at your back door will park your 28 foot cabin cruiser. You won't find it pretentious, just comfortable and accommodating....I've tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Wonderful Christmas Week in Paradise

This condo was a complete success for our week over Christmas. It was furnished with everything we could ever need including kitchen spices and supplies. The beds, linens and towels were comfy and in x'lent condition. We enjoyed several dinners out at Moon Dogs, and don't miss Science on a Sphere at the Education Center. We'll be back!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children.

Thanks for sharing your townhome for the 2011 winter season....The townhome was everything we expected from the listing description & pictures - including catching fish off the deck! Staying for 3 months we were close to Corpus for shopping malls and Portland for a great golf course. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend! The condo is so cozy and well-equipped -- it was like home away from home. The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 level condo in the Key Allegro area of Rockport. It backs up right to a canal, with a spot right outside to dock your boat during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen, living room (with cable and DVD), laundry room (washer and dryer) and 1/2 bath are downstairs, while the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private balcony. The 2nd room has 2 twin beds. We could not have been more pleased with our stay, and we look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thanks!
