The master bedroom has a king bed (sleeps two), the second bedroom has two queen beds (sleeps four) and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (two twin mattresses).There is a bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower in the master bedroom and another second full bathroom with shower off the second bedroom. There is also a full laundry room off of the main hallway.
There are three world class golf courses within 5 minutes of the residence, just a short distance away. Beach facilities are tremendous. The beach is very, very long with gentle rolling surf; excellent water conditions for boogie boarding, wind surfing, and jet-skiing.
Book specialty tours at the nearby Vallarta Adventures tour office, a short walk down the road - or you can experience a special treat, swimming with the dolphins. You prefer GIANT water slides, the SPLASH Water Park is just minutes away... or you can HOT ROD it at the "GO-KARTS" just past the SPLASH Water Park. Talk of a fun day!
The rental does not include weekly maid service, but maid service (at your desired frequency) can be arranged for an extra fee. Thomas and Denise love to escape the cold snowy weather of Denver, CO as often as possible to enjoy this piece of paradise in beautiful Nuevo Vallarta. Although there is SO much to do down here, we feel no guilt in ever having Ocean Terrace out of our sight...there's the amazing beach for long walks, local restaurants and shops for convenience, a massage hut within sight, and comfortable pool chairs next to an infinity pool within steps. Every day is a stunning sunset - who can tire of that?! Until we can make this our long-term home, we love to meet those of you who also appreciate the beauty and benefits of Nuevo Vallarta and share our home with you.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Terrace
We love this specific location because it's quiet with stunning beaches which have soft sand and seem to go on endlessly. The terraces are lovely and large and when you lie on the double lounger and look out to see, you feel like you are on a cruise ship with nothing between you and the sea with beautiful sunsets and occasional whale sightings! We're still a quick 15 minute ride into downtown Puerto Vallarta if you crave the hustle and bustle or want to try out a new amazing restaurant or nightlife along the Malecon.

We stayed at the this property during a weekend getaway with out of town guests for the half marathon in Nuevo Vallarta. This was my first stay in Nuevo and it won't be the last, our stay was so fabulous that we plan on returning again just for rest and relaxation next time! The condo is very comfortable, with cozy beds, good linens, nice furnishings and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool at the complex is fabulous and it has the perfect location on a long stretch of beach. The condo complex itself felt very safe and secure. We loved our stay here so much that we would go back in a heartbeat and we would recommend it to our family and friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this condo for almost 2 weeks and had a fantastic time! Denise was so helpful to answer any questions, staff is excellent and friendly, property very clean at all times. The condo is perfect for families as our grandchildren 3 and 6 were with us. There are even boogie boards and sand toys for the kids to play with. The beach is wide and water is shallow so we didn't have to worry about waves sweeping them away. The salt water pool is great and you can relax around the pool or down at the beach. Cannot beat the location right on the beach and the sunsets are beautiful every night. Watched a turtle lay eggs one night in the sand, turtle sanctuary right next door where you can release baby turtles into the ocean every night. Vallarta Adventures is within walking distance or a short cab ride. We went on Rhythms of the night, Canopy tour and the Dolphin Encounter. All were excellent and you get discount for booking online. Fajita Republic restaurant is close by - great food. An Italian restaurant right across the street was also very good. The Grand Vellas resort is also close and you can go to their restaurants for meals - very beautiful and great food. We took a cab to Walmart and Mega for groceries. Would recommend Sayulita for a day (about 45 min away). Old town Puerto Vallarta San Angel Hacienda has a gourmet restaurant that was fantastic. Also, further away Le Kliff restaurant was spectacular. We loved listening to the waves every night and having this spectacular view is amazing. We also appreciated the wireless internet and satellite TV. I would recommend a stay here anytime- very safe and beautiful. And have a massage on the beach while you're there too!

We stayed in this great condo for a month this winter and had a wonderful time. The location is the best: ocean front, short walk to busses, beautiful beach for long walks, great restaurants in close proximity, etc, etc. The condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated with modern furniture. It has comfortable beds( luxurious bedding) , marble bathrooms and everything you need in the kitchen to whip up a gourmet meal! The terrace is amazing- you cannot beat the view! You can enjoy the ocean, sip a margarita and watch the ever- changing sunsets or lay back and enjoy a good book on the double lounge. Star Choice provides American and Canadian channels for viewing which was great for following the Olympics this year. The turtle release is right there too- a must for everyone to experience. We would certainly recommend staying here. We found Denise to be very helpful and we look forward to another vacation in her condo in the future!

We recently had a "girls getaway weekend" and stayed in this lovely condo at Ocean Terrace. The furnishings are new and everything feels very modern and fresh. The beds and linens are comfortable. The pool is beautiful and there are covered little huts down at the beach (just steps away). The views from the condo are amazing and listening to the ocean from the patio was so relaxing. It was such a great trip, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing!! Ocean Terrace are absolutely the best condominiums on the beach. Denise's unit is furnished extremely well. We stayed for 6 months last winter, and can't wait to go back! If you like to walk the beach, it doesn't get any better than this. And the sunsets!! We love Mexico, but we need our Gringo comforts. This place is perfect!

This luxury condo is amazing. The indoor part is great, but the large balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean is fantastic. The private pool and the beach are both very kid friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and dining. Visit the village Sayulita and if you have kids, then setting out turtles at sunset from the turtle reservation next door is an absolute winner! It is not a hotel, so there was only a few people around the pool or on the beach. Plenty of privacy. We can highly recemmend this condo and will go there again.

We just got back from Nuevo Vallarta and this gorgeous condo and I can honestly say that this was a true vacation thanks to this condo and its location on the beach. It is beautifully furnished and the views are amazing. If you want to open your doors and hear the ocean right there, this is the place for you! I highly recommend it.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully furnished, well organized and extremely comfortable oceanfront condo. We would highly recommend it to any family that enjoys renting a unit with all the ammenities of home. Beautiful sunsets, wonderful ocean breezes, a truly relaxing place to be. We can't wait to rent it again.
