Our home, CYPRESS COVE is a cozy, one story Bayfront house on a large wooded 1.5 acre lot which offers privacy and a relaxing view across Apalachicola Bay. It is located in The Plantation, a private, gated community with lush tropical plantings. Our single story home overlooks the bay without having to walk to an upper level to see water, as one often must do in homes not directly on the water. 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 twin bed bedroom. One full bath, plus two additional bathrooms sharing a tub/shower room between them. Two air conditioners, allowing a different setting in two of the bedrooms from the rest of the house. Private dock, boat slip, fish cutting table. Additional outdoor hot/cold shower. Large park style grill. DSL Internet can be hooked up for $25 per reservation, if you need to work while away from home. We love using our home ourselves, and keep it clean and well supplied.
