Welcome to our Tucson Foothills condo rental in Ventana Canyon. Perfectly located, our tastefully furnished ground floor condo is situated along the Ventana Canyon corridor adjacent to Loew's Ventana Canyon Hotel and Resort and Renowned Golf Course.
It's 3BR, 2BA's are ideal for large groups celebrating family reunions or a special trip with friends. Queen beds are in two of the bedrooms. A twin bed is in the third bedroom. A queen size convertible sofa-bed will sleep two more people in the living room. We have completely remodeled this condo rental and are excited for you to view and rent it.
Outside, the lush Sonoran Dessert is exemplified in the well kept grounds. You are immediately struck by the lush Saguaros and dessert vegetation. It is less than a mile to the highly regarded Ventana Cyn trailhead to the Flying V ranch. There are two Tom Fazio designed golf courses nearby. The Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is less than 2 miles away. A major supermarket, fine restaurants and services are near your door.

We prefer a one wk (7nights) min rental with a $250 refundable security deposit.
To maintain a high standard of quality there is a $70 professional cleaning fee.
Off peak rates June-Oct $500/wk
Peak rates from Nov-March $750/wk
Spring rates April-June $650/wk
Discounts available for longer stays.
50% deposit holds reservation 30 nts in advance.
We prefer full deposit for reservations made less than 30 nts in advance.
