Fabulous beachfront location on Shore Drive, and Myrtle Beach's spectacular Grand Strand. This second floor unit overlooking the pool and beach, has a private balcony, and is only steps away from the beach.
The two bedroom, two bath unit comfortably sleeps six people with all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath, and private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pulled together if needed. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, table for four, and a breakfast bar for two.
The beach-front three-story building has open-air hallways, and is located near the end of Shore Drive on a secluded low traffic area of the beach. Instead of more condos across the street, we have the Swash, which is an abbreviation for salt water marsh. It is adjacent to a beautiful golf course, and is a great place to fish or crab. Or for even better fishing you can walk a short distance down the beach to Apache Pier, the longest pier on the east coast. A fishing license is not required to fish in the Swash, surf, or from Apache Pier. The owners use the unit and are always making improvements. Every effort is made to keep the condo meticulously clean and very well maintained.
Entertainment: Walk next door to Ocean Annie's for outdoor beachfront dancing and drinks with a live band, or visit the new Hard Rock Theme Park, Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, NASCAR, Margaritaville, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, Alligator Adventure, and much more. The Tanger Factory Outlet Mall and Broadway at the Beach are popular with the shoppers and are only about 5 minutes away, as are Wal-Mart and Kroger's. There are over 120 golf courses on the Grand Strand. Hospitals and Medical facilities are nearby. Myrtle Beach Airport is 20 minutes away. On-site security.

The condo was very impressive with many thoughtful features. From the flat screen TV's in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom, to the comfy table and chairs on the balcony (great view of both the beach and the pool), we truly enjoyed the unit! The breakfast bar has been moved against the wall, which opens up the area between the kitchen and living room and maximizes space. The granite countertops and the stone backsplash in the kitchen are very impressive. The vinyl hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living room was also a welcome addition and keeps a very neat and tidy appearance. The unit was clean and comfortable. We will be back! Although we didn't use it, the unit also has wireless internet.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. I think it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was peaceful and quiet but you could just walk a good ways down the road and hear some great music at Ocean Annie's. We had a nice anniversary vacation, we even found out we are going to have a baby while we were there. It was all around a great trip. Thanks so much to the owners. We will have to use this place again in the future.

Our family loved staying at the Rogers' condo. The was decor perfectly matched for the beach setting and very clean. The proximity was close to all the major attractions and to the best attraction of all, the beach! We are definately hoping to visit again.

Beautifully remodeled condo for that home away from home feeling with a very clean cottage look. Very impressed-from the granite countertops in the bathrooms to the furniture in the bedrooms and living space.
