As you walk through the neighborhood you'll enjoy one delightful home after another. You'll be enchanted by the lush landscaping and quiet charm of this special place.
Featured on the Venice Home & Garden Tour, Nowita Place is a spacious, sun-drenched retreat with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a media room, open living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with double Viking ovens, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Slate floors and poured concrete counter-tops along with custom Australian wood cabinets complete this beautiful kitchen.
Enjoy relaxing with company in the living room next to the fireplace as you look through a wall of floor to ceiling French doors into an exquisitely landscaped front garden. Enjoy summer nights barbequing on the stainless steal grill and dine al fresco on the patio.
The second floor master suite has high ceilings, a king-size bed, HDTV, and a private deck. The enormous master bathroom features a Roman-style soaking tub big enough for two, as well as double sinks and French doors that open to the slate-covered patio adjoining the bedroom.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. Watch movies and read in the Library/Media room that can also serve as a third bedroom. It does have a sofa that can sleep one. Also, there is an inflatable Aerobed for 2 people.
The creative owners, one a director and the other a novelist, have tastefully and comfortably decorated this unique home. All of the bedding and other linen's are 100% cotton and hypo-allergenic. There are beautiful wide-plank pine floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped.
