Welcome to our spacious, privately-owned, vacation home. This air-conditioned, family-oriented home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. There is a spacious kitchen/dining area with two family sitting areas separating the television from a visiting/reading area. Off the living room is a screened pool and covered lanai for you to soak up the sun. There is a child-safety fence surrounding the pool making this area child friendly. Table, chairs, and lounges are provided for your comfort.
The bedrooms are grouped at each end of the living area so two families can easily share the house and have their own sleeping accommodations. Each end has a full bath and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds). There is also a full bathroom off the living room. Additionally, the sofa converts into a double-size bed.
The garage area is outfitted with a pool table, shuffleboard table, Ping-Pong/hockey table and dart board to enhance your stay!
All the attractions of Central Florida are within easy reach - Disney World (15 minutes), Sea World and Universal Studios (25 minutes) - to mention just a few. Golf courses, stores, outlets, pharmacies, medical facilities, and restaurants are within minutes.
Located two miles off I-4 and six-and-one-half miles from Highway 192.

It was a wonderful surprise to find the property like expected... only a few minor things that we wished were different. It was funny to see the slight differences from the description to reality, not anything big just a different perception... ie the 2 living rooms that are only seperated by a half wall so the are really connected anyway. The kids thought that the house was like a vacation itself. The description stated that this is a good rental for 2 families to share, which is what we did, the only minor downfall was that we only had one key to the house so that we had to make sure whoever had the key was gonna be the person to return to the house first. I will be keeping this property in mind the next time we plan on visiting Florida... we didnt want to leave when our week was over; have already recommended it to several friends. The photos do not do the property justice... it is much bigger that the pictures show; was much nicer than stayin in a hotel, having a full kitchen and laundry room was very helpful with all of the kids. For me, the biggest downfall was that the property is not near a beach... but I knew that from the beginning so it wasn't a surprise. The property is close to all of the Orlando attractions so there is plenty to do but the house has enough activities to keep children busy if you are in need of a low key day. It would be nice if there were directions to different locations nearby in the house so that it would be easier to find your way around the area. There was recommended restaraunts and stated that what stores were nearby but no directions to any of the recommended places. I would say to all looking at this property... go ahead rent it, you will have a good time!

The villa exceeded our expections and the photos really don't do it justice. All the rooms were spotless, well maintained and extremely comfortable. We loved the master suite with the shower, bath and walk in closet but all the rooms were of a very high standard. The lounge in particular was an excellent area for the whole family to relax after a hard day at the theme parks. The pool was perfect - we went for pool heating in March and I would recommend this if you are going at this time as the first couple of days were slightly cooler, but because the pool was heated we could still use it and it was a god-send with 2 children. The pool fence also meant that we could use the outdoor dining area and not worry about the children gaining access to the pool. The outdoor furniture was also extremely comfortable - my only regret is that we we didn't get the chance to use it enough as we were only there for a week. The villa is also extremely easy to navigate to - there are restaurants and shops very close, and the Marketplace Supermarket near Outback Steakhouse is extremely handy and has a good selection of products, but Publix and Wal-Mart and Target are not that far away if you want even more choice. The villa is also extremley close to the Animal Kingdom and Epcot parks and meant that we could come back for a rest before heading back out again. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and the management company were also great - we requested an extra highchair and it was waiting for us on our arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa and the owners - my only concern is that everyone will now want to book it and we won't get back in!

This vacation house is just as it looks in the pictures, and our two families of four found it perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean, and the house was easy to find with a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, etc. close by, and in a good area with a very nice neighbor. We especially enjoyed having a full kitchen, enough bathrooms, plenty of seating areas, and our own pool (the kids absolute FAVORITE thing). Terri was a joy to work with and I would definately recommend this home and this website to others.

The house is conveniently located about 15m from the Disney parks, in a quiet new development just South-West of Disney. There are back roads to the park so you can avoid most of the traffic. There is a grocery store at a short distance. The pool has a safety fence, which is great if you have small kids. It can easily sleep 10. It was built recently, everything is in good condition. The owner, Terri, is easy to deal with and very responsive. The house has games in the garage, TV, stereo, and all you need to keep your family entertained.

Wow, what a villa, we loved it. it's near to disney and a lovely base to return to after a long day at a theme park. the house is beautifully equiped and clean. We would highly recommened it and plan to return before too long.
