The property has many oak trees. Weigand State Recreation Area is about five minutes away. Quiet area especially beautiful and peaceful during the winter. Gravel road access one mile in length may require four-by-four SUV for access depending on weather conditions. The majority of the year the road access is not an issue. If it becomes an issue we will provide ingress and egress to the property. A very cozy and romantic environment exists when the woodburning fireplace/heater is fired up.

A wonderful carefree attitude develops when one is on the spacious deck overlooking the lake as sailboats traverse in the distance. At this time a herd of elk live nearby allowing closeup views and study of these majestic animals, quite unique. The interior of the home has heavy alderwood trim and doors, the kitchen is new and open creating a feeling of community as the meals are prepared.

The farmhouse inspired house has a fully covered front porch facing the south allowing a nice view of arriving thunderstorms that occasionally bless the area with water and nitrogen. Essentially the home is private but not to much so.
