Create happy family memories in this stunning San Diego downtown skyline view home. This friendly neighborhood home is only nine years old and has been completely remodeled with new tile floors, paint, and carpet. The picturesque coastal living home is 3400 square feet, with three master suites and is three stories with an elevator and has all new furniture and patio seating. The architect designed this home to maximize the magnificent views from each floor. The two view patio decks are set up to enjoy barbecue dinners al fresco.
The retreat home is located on the only private road in Coronado with access to the bay. The location is walking distance to favorite restaurants and shops. A few blocks away is the Ferry Landing to shop at the Farmers market or/and picnic while listening to live concerts. Evening Fireworks light up the skyline for your enjoyment.
This dreamy home would appeal to all as well as enjoying a private spa and sunning by the pool (the pool has electric safety cover) or relaxing on one of the two hammocks. The pool has many fun games such as volleyball, basketball and comfortable floating chaise lounges and other fun pool toys. After returning from the beach, an outdoor shower is a nice way to clean off before jumping in the pool or spa.
Two master suites are located on the first floor, complete with dressing rooms, large bathrooms, California king size, and queen-size bed. One master bathroom suite has heated tile floors and heated towel racks. The other master bathroom has a whirlpool tub. Both bedrooms include large cable television for movies and entertainment. The rooms have French doors that open up to the pool and spa. A large laundry room with flat screen TV and ironing area, washing sink, linen storage, and refrigerator is located on the first floor.
The second floor consists of a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a Viking Stove, oven, and cook-top grill. The kitchen overlooks the living room and large kitchen nook with large windows through out the house with views of the San Diego skyline. Custom hardwood floors echo the light and airy feel of the home. The living room has a marble fireplace and stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. A formal dining room, with a German crystal chandelier, is off the kitchen and living room that can accommodate large gatherings.
Next to the dining room is a very large family room, with an automatic queen portable bed available. The room includes a 52-inch 1080p HDTV LCD with a HD surround sound theater system. Also included is a home computer wireless network consisting of two computers and printers that communicate over a broadband, high-speed internet connection. There is scanning, faxing, and copying capabilities with the printer system. The family room also has a full bathroom with marble shower and floors. From the family room French doors open onto a large veranda with a spiral staircase that goes down to the pool and spa.
Also on the second floor is a second laundry room as well as the third master suite. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, a very large walk-in closet, and full bathroom. A network connected computer and printer, and big 48-inch HDTV is available too. The bedroom has French door access to a seating balcony.
By either taking the stairs or the elevator from any floor you can reach the top patio deck. A fire pit with surround sound outside music provides the guest with a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying the skyline of downtown San Diego.
The home comes with weekly maid service, gardener, and pool service. Beach towels and beach chairs. Surfboards, boogie boards, skateboards, bikes, wetsuits, fishing poles, coolers, umbrellas, etc. Are provided during your stay.
