Two Views is a professionally decorated beachfront home on Middle Island designed by a noted architect with fabulous views of the marsh and the ocean. The house was totally reconstructed in 2006 when the main living area was relocated to the new second floor to take advantage of the spectacular views. All of the high end furniture, appliances and linens were purchased new at that time.
The house has three master bedrooms with king beds, large closets and tile and glass private baths. There are two additional bedrooms; one with two full size beds and private bath and a bunkroom with two sets of bunk beds and private bath. All bedrooms open onto the covered first floor deck, which wraps around the entire house and offers great views of the ocean and marsh from its many rocking chairs. They also open to a first floor great room that has a TV area at one end and a quiet reading area at the other end.
The new second floor great room, with its vaulted ceiling, houses the kitchen, living and dining room that seats twelve. The upper front and back decks offer dramatic ocean and marsh views. It is a one minute walk to the best beach on the island; East Beach. This 3400 square foot retreat is one of the largest homes on Bald Head Island and can accommodate your every need for a relaxing vacation. |
