Our house is a brand new, five bedroom, four bath home in a great cove for swimming and watersports. It has two family rooms, a large kitchen, two large decks overlooking the lake off each level, and a private boat dock. Everything in the house is brand new.
It's located between Camdenton and Osage Beach. By water it's on the 31 MM. Great location by land or water, close to everything.
The upstairs has a family room with 42 inch plasma TV. Kitchen is eat in with table and six chairs. The cabinets are cherry with granite counter tops. There are two bedrooms upstairs, master with king bed and bath and the second has a queen bed. Additional full bath and laundry room upstairs. There's also a large deck with BBQ grill and patio furniture. Downstairs has a family room with 56 inch TV and a wicker setting area, with an extra table and chairs for eating or playing games. There are three bedrooms downstairs, two with queens and one with full bunk beds, and a day bed with a trundle. There are two full baths downstairs.
There is a large deck off the family room with patio furniture and a tiki bar. Outside there is a two well boat dock with swim platform. A fire pit by the lake for hotdogs or marshmellows. This is a great cove to swim in and to do water sports. Our house also has a two car garage with plenty of parking. |
