Our house is a newer, five bedroom, four bath home in a calm water cove great for swimming and watersports. It has two family rooms, a large kitchen, two large decks overlooking the lake off each level, and a private boat dock with extra slip and swim platform. Everything in the house is brand new. It's located between Camdenton and Osage Beach. 15 minute drive to the Osage Beach outlet mall. By water it's on the 31 MM. Great location by land or water, close to everything. The upstairs has a family room with 42 inch plasma TV. Kitchen is eat in with table and six chairs and bar with four bar stools. Their is another table and four chairs in the basement. The cabinets are cherry with granite counter tops. There are two bedrooms upstairs, master with king bed and bath and the second has a queen bed. Additional full bath and laundry room upstairs. There's also a large deck with BBQ grill and patio furniture. Downstairs has a family room with 56 inch TV and a wicker setting area, with an extra table and chairs for eating or playing games. There are three bedrooms downstairs, two with queens and one with full bunk beds, and a day bed with a trundle. There are two full baths downstairs. There is a large deck off the family room with patio furniture and a tiki bar.
Our house is back in a calm water cove away from all the big boats and rough water. Boat dock has a two wells with swim platform and extra boat slip 10 X 28(for guests). Also their's a water trampoline for the kids. This is a great cove to swim in and to do water sports. No need to bring fishing equipment we have everything you need at the dock. There is a boat ramp close by a Linn Creek camp ground to put in or out your boat or sea doo's.
Our house also has a two car garage with plenty of extra parking.
Outside there is a fire pit by the lake, for evening hotdogs and marshmallows.
Several lakefront restaurants close by Fish & Co., Captains Galley, Captain Rons, Peir 31(boat gas), Miller's Landing.
Wal-mart, Gerb's grocery store, Jack's hardware store all a 10 minute drive.
