This house is just one block to the beach. Santa Maria’s(21st ave) is one of the most beautiful beaches in Santa Cruz with surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding and great for long walks. Explore the tide pools to find sea anemones, sea urchins and watch the otters play. This location is close to the Boardwalk, Pleasure Point, and 41st Ave where you will find a variety of surf shops and restaurants. Minutes from Capitola Beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor were you will find beach volleyball, kayaks rentals, and great restaurants.

The Unique Benefits at this Hawaiian Style Beach House
Our reason for choosing Santa Cruz was easy. My family and I love the beach and the surf. There is nothing like listening to the waves crash on the shore or to watch the sunset. We live in East Bay of San Francisco and wanted at place we could all enjoy as a family or with friends. What I have come to enjoy is sharing this house with guest from all over the country and the world. I truly enjoy all the wonderful comments we receive about the house. It is a special place for us and for lots of others who have stayed here. It is very comfortable, and relaxing. We try to have everything you would like on vacation at your finger tips. It is a great location for all generations. Not far is the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, which fun for all kids. The beach is great for swimming, catching waves, watching sea life and just taking a walk. We hope you come and stay to experience what we have enjoyed.

We live in the East Bay of San Francisco and are a family of four. When we bought our vacation rental my kids were 9 and 12, and we wanted a place we could all get away to and have fun. One of the first things we wanted to do was to make a room with double bunk beds. Our kids loved bunk beds and we made one of the rooms into a surfer decor to bring the Santa Cruz surf style to life. I was born and raised in Hawaii and I wanted a home away from home. So the island decor fit perfect with the house location to the surf and having the Aloha Grill down the street was perfect. The beach, which is a short walk away was perfect for us. It has boogie boarding, surfing, great sand for sand castles and wonderful views. The beach has no public parking so it is inhabited by mostly locals and doesn't get to crowded. Also at night it is a blast to go to the beach and have bonfires.
