This is a light and bright 3-year old craftsman style beach house. The open, airy main floor includes a living area, kitchen with island and dining area which opens onto back deck.
On the main floor there are also two bedrooms with full-sized beds in each and two bathrooms with large showers. There is also a laundry area complete with washer and dryer. Upstairs is a very large and open loft with two twin beds.
Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main floor with berber carpeting in the loft. The back deck has an additional table with four chairs and a Weber kettle charcoal grill. The house, on the Nubble peninsula is on a very quiet road behind Brown's Ice Cream within the sound (and a very easy walk) of the Nubble Lighthouse and foghorn (No waterviews). The area of York Beach is very family-friendly with beautiful beaches, many restaurants and an fifteen minute drive to to wonderful Portsmouth, New Hampshire with it's many great restaurants, outdoor entertainment and shops as well a great location for day trips up the Maine coast. The Kittery shopping outlets are just 10 minutes away as is the Ogunquit Playhouse.

Rental Period is Saturday-Saturday.
Security Deposit is $500 (it is refundable within 2 weeks of departure
upon satisfactory inspection of the property)
