My wife and I and our 2 daughters (6 and 4) stayed here for a week and we truly loved it. The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. The back porch opens up to a beautiful grass area and a pool with the beach only a few yards beyond that. We all loved getting up each morning to this beautiful view and then going to play at the beach all day. It was also great having a pool as well so when we weren't at the beach we were at the pool. Most of the time we had the pool and the beach all to ourselves. Would highly recommend this place to all of our friends and we plan on going back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo is exactly as pictured. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach is well maintained and had lots of shells since it was recently renovated (not the word for it but new sand brought in etc). We have young girls age 5 and 6. It was a perfect vacation spot for them with the pool and beach just steps away. We stayed for 7 days and could have stayed longer. There is a publix and walmart close by for all your shopping needs plus every restaurant you can think of. Clearwater Beach tourist area is just a few miles away. You will NOT be disappointed if you rent this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Have not rented a townhouse so close to the water. I had a number of ladies come and visit me while I was there, and everyone thought it was great.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We recently stayed at this condo for a week and have nothing but wonderful things to say! We've vacationed all over Florida and South Carolina and this quickly became our favorite rental. The owner, Will, is so pleasant, the condo is furnished beautifully, and the location couldn't be any better! The beach is sooo close that the kids could play on the beach and if we wanted a break, we could sit on the porch and easily see them, even interact with them! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, snorkeled constantly because the water was so calm... saw so much sea life that we felt like we were in a huge aquarium. Kids absolutely loved it as well... can't wait to come back another time!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Have rented this condo several times. It is clean and comfortable with double sinks in Master ensuite. Gorgeous gulf view with very convenient 'walk-out' access to pool and beach. Showering only -- no tubs. Small building with quiet surrounds. Good 'eateries' along Gulf Blvd. and in Belleair.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
