Have not rented a townhouse so close to the water. I had a number of ladies come and visit me while I was there, and everyone thought it was great.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We recently stayed at this condo for a week and have nothing but wonderful things to say! We've vacationed all over Florida and South Carolina and this quickly became our favorite rental. The owner, Will, is so pleasant, the condo is furnished beautifully, and the location couldn't be any better! The beach is sooo close that the kids could play on the beach and if we wanted a break, we could sit on the porch and easily see them, even interact with them! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, snorkeled constantly because the water was so calm... saw so much sea life that we felt like we were in a huge aquarium. Kids absolutely loved it as well... can't wait to come back another time!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Have rented this condo several times. It is clean and comfortable with double sinks in Master ensuite. Gorgeous gulf view with very convenient 'walk-out' access to pool and beach. Showering only -- no tubs. Small building with quiet surrounds. Good 'eateries' along Gulf Blvd. and in Belleair.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
