Location: Waikoloa Beach Resort is located 18 miles north of Kona Airport and is home to the palm lined crescent beach of Anaehoomalu Bay, a Hilton and Marriott Hotel, two world class golf courses(10 others nearby) and the beautiful upscale King's Shops. There are fine restaurants as well as beach bars and other casual dining in the resort. A two to ten minute walk along landscaped paths with water features will take you to all these attractions.
Accommodations: two True bedrooms and two baths. Sleeps six.
Our first floor condo has been substantially upgraded and redecorated. The bedrooms have new carpeting and bedspreads and the rest of the unit has a new tile floor and plantation shutters.The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counters, a new ceramic cook-top and a new Stainless Steel two door refrigerator, and new washer and dryer. The living room and dining room furniture has been re-upholstered with Thibault and Robert Allen tropical fabrics and new Asian pieces have been added. Our tiled Lanai offers a wet bar and a very large garden area that is set back from the road and offers quiet and privacy. There is a wonderful mountain view and a small peek at Anaehoomalu Bay.
The Vista has a large heated landscaped pool, off street parking, well-equipped workout room and a community center for larger outdoor parties. In summary our Vista Waikoloa condo is the ideal place to vacation, golf, or just experience Hawaii.
