New home in the prestigious Rendezvous neighborhood now available for rent. The house is a 5 minute drive to the slopes, or a short walk to the bus stop which drops you off at the Village of Winter Park Resort. The entrance to the neighborhood is 1/4 mile from Downtown Winter Park. Amazing views of Byers Peak and the surrounding mountains and forest can be enjoyed from the large wrap-around deck.

The home consists of three spacious floors with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2165 square feet of space. The lower level has a heated garage, mud room, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a large bunk room with a private bathroom. Bunk room has 2 log bunk beds; 1 twin over twin, and one twin over full. There's also a futon, so 6 can sleep comfortably in the bunk room!

The main level of the home features an eat-in kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, a cozy living room with fireplace, TV/DVD with cable, CD player, powder room and a dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight. A large antler chandelier hanging over the living room adds the perfect rustic, yet elegant ambiance to the living area.

The master bedroom, also located on the main level, comes outfitted with a large king size bed, and an adjoining five piece master bath. A third bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom located on the upper level add the perfect amount of space to accommodate your party! We have a pack-n-play and high chair for the little ones.

  • This place is awesome! When we got home we wished we were still here!! My family and I spent 6 days in Winter Park and absolutely loved it. This home had everything we needed and more. It was so comfortable and homey and we had lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely be staying here again. I hope to make it a yearly trip - even bringing the grandchildren!!

  • Just got back from Winter Park and stayed at this property. Very good and clean property. We had three families and plenty of space (full bathrooms on every level of the home was very convenient, especially with kids). Awesome view from the balcony. Property is close to everything. I use VRBO a lot and have been to several places in Colorado. This was one of the most solid ones. Side note, try Carvers for breakfast - great food.
