Beautiful three year old home for rent in the Rendezvous neighborhood, looking over downtown Winter Park! Take the neighborhood's private shuttle to the resort. The entrance to the neighborhood is 1/4 mile from Downtown Winter Park. Amazing views of Byers Peak and the surrounding mountains and forest can be enjoyed from the large wrap-around deck.
The home consists of three spacious floors with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2165 square feet of space. The lower level has a heated garage, mud room, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a large bunk room with a private bathroom. Bunk room has 2 log bunk beds; 1 twin over twin, and one twin over full. There's also a futon, so 6 can sleep comfortably in the bunk room!
The main level of the home features an eat-in kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, a cozy living room with fireplace, TV/DVD with cable, CD player, powder room and a dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight. A large antler chandelier hanging over the living room adds the perfect rustic, yet elegant ambiance to the living area.
The master bedroom, also located on the main level, comes outfitted with a large king size bed, and an adjoining five piece master bath. A third bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom located on the upper level add the perfect amount of space to accommodate your party! We have a pack-n-play and high chair for the little ones.
