Welcome to "BayView's and the Beach", located in the "Quiet Resorts of Fenwick Island" in the Bayville Shores Community. This three-story condo overlooks the Little Assawoman Bay and wetlands, providing a magnificent view of nature. In the morning watch the sunrise over the bay, mid-day the boaters, and enjoy the moonlit evenings. When you want to relax a quiet and peaceful view is waiting.
Our condominium is nicely furnished with a master suite and two guest rooms, each with a full bath. The open floor plan on the second floor living area provides plenty of room for preparing meals and relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy the second floor Florida Room with a bar, TV and mini-refrigerator. The first floor bedroom opens to a second Florida Room, which is favored by the grandparents as a place to enjoy easy access to the outdoors. The condominium is located on Route 54, two and a half miles inland from the beaches, Fenwick Island, Ocean City,and the many restaurants and fun activities to fill your day.
Want to stay close, enjoy the community pool and fitness center directly across the street. Nearby is a play area for younger children, fenced in basketball and tennis courts, or enjoy shuffleboard or volleyball. If you have a boat, our ramp and dock is available with no fees (please inquire about boating regulations). For the golfer, there are several nearby golf courses: Bayside, designed by Jack Nicklaus, Gary Players River Run and Carl Freeman at Bear Trap Dunes. If your sport is fishing, many charters are available in Ocean City. For the ladies, enjoy tax-free shopping in Delaware at the Rehoebeth Outlets and the many gift shops in the area.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week in the summer. everything about our vacation was very comfortable. I just loved getting up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and amazing sunsets. The 5am walks around the property were just amazing. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

This place was very beautiful. Very clean and roomy. Views were great. Very quite area, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation spot. Best place I ever rented.
