The house sits on several large treed lots and is located on a peaceful dead-end street in a very nice area of the community......a beautiful private setting for your vacation. Enjoy partial lake views and an easy walk to lake in all directions. Launch the boat from the community ramp conviently located just three short blocks away. This roomy very well maintaned house offers a large kitchen with new appliances, living room, dining area, master bedroom, full bath and utility room with washer/dryer on the first floor. In addition there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony on the second floor. Kick back and enjoy the view from the covered front porch or relax around a cozy camp fire in the spacious back yard. The community also offers a pool and tennis courts. Boat rentals are available at nearby marinas. So pack up the family, load up the boat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and clear waters of Table Rock Lake. Don't forget Silver Dollar City, Branson and Eureka Springs.
