ON THE BEACH! SECOND FLOOR! ELEVATOR OPTIONAL! This cheery second floor unit has a RESERVED COVERED parking spot beside the elevator providing easy access. The Greatroom and Master have giant sliding glass doors opening onto the extra-large balcony.
The unit overlooks the giant double Lagoon Pool and hot tub which is beautifully lit at night. A separate bunk bed nook provides extra sleeping area in addition to the 2 separate bedrooms and sleeper sofa.
This is a low density area great for families. There is a tennis court and fitness room on-site. Bypass the numerous local restaurants and enjoy a laid back evening cooking on the charcoal grills located by the pool and watching the sunset.
Bring your bikes, or rent nearby, to enjoy the 19 mile bike path that runs along Scenic Highway 30-A. Seaside is a couple of miles west and Rosemary beach a few miles to the east.
WIRELESS INTERNET access is available by the hour, day, or week using Citynet. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided March-October. Our unit (#201B) is locally managed by Garrett Realty.
