There are four bedrooms with sleeping accomodations as follows; 1 king, 2 queens and 2 twins as well as a queen size sleeper sofa and 2 twin size cots provided. Each bedroom has been equipped with a TV as well as a DVD Player.
High Speed Internet Access is available, cable required.
All linens and beach towels are provided.
Accomodations and provisions for all ages, 1-99, including baby equipment, high chair, toddler bed rails and a first floor bedroom with a full bath. Children will enjoy their personal space in the 3rd floor tower room.
Enjoy one of two pools within this new development, a quaint Seaside style neighborhood of picket fences, or stroll to the spectacular white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. From the porch to the sand is .6 of a mile thru the neighborhood of Old Florida Village & across 30A. This is one of only a few beaches with a Lifeguard on duty for added peace of mind. Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. There are also outdoor showers, picnic tables & grills for days spent at the beach.
Bicycle rentals are available for you to leisurely explore the beauty of nature at it's best along scenic Highway 30A. BIGFISH Bike Rentals will even deliver the bikes to your residence without an additional charge.
Ever popular 30A is an 18 mile stretch thru neighboring Villages of Blue Mountain, Grayton, Watercolors & Seaside for walking, jogging or riding bikes. Enjoy undisturbed Florida. Fill your senses as you pass along side white sandy beaches, turquoise & emerald waters, freshwater coastal lakes and sea oat covered dunes. Grayton State Park, 4.3 miles from this property, was rated in Southern Living as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. For a minimal fee ($2. per person) you can bask in the sun, swim in crystal clear waters & imagine owning your own island. You will also discover casual and fine waterfront dining, unique shops and galleries. There are six restaurants each with their own flare within walking distance.
After dinner, visit neighboring Gulf Place where summer festivals and concerts are held outdoors. Annual and ongoing events in the area include; Moonlight & Movies (bring a blanket), Bluegrass by the Beach, Wine Festivals, Art Festivals, etc.
At the end of the day relax with a book on the front porch swing or on the private deck off the master suite. A selection of reading materials has even been provided.
Visit Highway 98 (within 5min) to explore a different landscape including; Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Market Shops of Sandestin and The Village of Baytowne Wharf for even more options in dining, shopping and entertainment.

"We have been coming to houses on 30A for the last 6 years and this is easily the most beautiful house we've stayed in. The communication was excellent and the house exceeded our expectations! The pool and beach were easy to get to even with the house being at the very back of the neighborhood (which also made it very quiet). Thanks for a wonderful week at the beach!

Hello Denise, the Tillman's are back home in Kansas, and wishing we were in Florida. I can't thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality in preparation for our extended family vacation in the Blue Haven July 8-13, 2007. Previous years vacations to Florida involved hotel stays and expensive meals out at restaurants. Our stay in the Blue Haven was comfortable, carefree and totally relaxing. My husband, mother and father-in law, and step-children all commented several times during our stay that this trip was the most enjoyable vacation they had ever experienced. Our days were spent sleeping late, eating whenever we chose, treking to the beach with all our beach gear, lounging on the porches, swimming in the pools and feeling like we were at home comfortable to move about at our own pace. You helped make our vacation one that will be remembered and talked about for years to come. Thank you! We have already looked at our 2008 calendar for possible dates to visit the Blue Haven again. Rachelle, I am so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at Blue Haven. As property manager I have personal favorites and this wonderful beach home is at the top of my list as the home as well as the owners are delightful. In response to your disappointment I am surprised as the location is always addressed in detail. In fact, we measured the distance from the porch steps to the sand (.6 of a mile) for accuracy in information provided. In this case, as I was corresponding with both you and Paulette, information provided apparently was not relayed. Also, the location is certainly reflected in these very reasonable rates as beachview or beachfront would be atleast double. To walk thru the development of Old Florida Village & across 30A would be difficult with small children. Though only a couple minute drive, bicycling would have been an option & is a popular mode of transportation along scenic 30A. In fact there are companies that deliver bikes to the homes at no extra charge & they have child seats as well as wagons for ease in transporting beach items. In regards to the pool being centralized in the development most guests consider this to be an asset as it is truly a vacation haven offering a chance to sit back & relax on either the porch swing or rockers with limited traffic away from the crowds at the end of the day.
