Spectacular Views and Ammenities at this 3 bd, 3 1/2 ba condo!

First of all, the grounds at this complex in Waikoloa are immaculate and the whole complex area is so lush and perfectly landscaped. Our condo was absolutely amazing and we were blown away from the time our private elevator took us up into the living area. Eileen, who owns this beautiful condo, is an amazing designer and I immediately felt at home in this spacious three bedroom, three and a half bathroom palace. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with all the essentials and we loved the gorgeous granite countertops. Eileen was so gracious to have left us this amazing goodie basket full of things like gourmet cookies, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, Kona coffee and fresh local fruit. She also equipped the bathrooms with Hawaiian shampoo and conditioner that smelled like coconuts, just delicious! If you get the chance to stay at this cpmplex then you must rent this amazing unit which has the best views of the sun setting over the ocean every night. We ate outside every evening and played cards on the lanai which was over 550 square feet. You'll love the outdoor kitchen and grill, as well. Just awesome and we can't wait to come back next year!!

Great Condo with the most spectacular interior I have every seen! Eileen the owner is an interior designer and has spared nothing. This home is luxury and comfort all rolled into one. Everything is fully equipped in the kitchen and throughout. There were so many extra's that none of us could think of a single thing that we didn't have on hand. The Ocean Views were great and we loved the location. Enjoyed the large porch and outside kitchen with BBQ. We had the big doors open most of the time while we enjoyed sunset dinners with amazing views. Although we were on the go a lot, we loved just hanging out in Villa 1E "Tropical Paradise". We enjoyed the library of books including Hawaiian cook books. There were 3 couples, so it was great that each of us had our own King bedroom with private bath. A big thank you for all the Welcome Gifts and the best vacation ever! We can't wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful time at your beautiful home - thank you for sharing it with us. It is just beautiful. Everything is so close, shopping, dinning, beach you can leave your car sitting in the parking lot. I have my kids now hooked on Hawaii and the big island. Thanks also for the basket of goodies. We enjoyed your Villa 1E "Tropical Paradise". It certainly is Paradise! Honestly, it wasn't our 1st choice just by looking at the map of Kolea... but from the moment we arrived and actually saw it, we couldn't believe our eyes! It is absolutely amazing! So beautiful, so luxurious and so comfortable! I didn't realize it would have such a nice ocean view and ocean sunsets... so perfect in every way. My teenage daughter said that for the first time in her life she didn't have to wonder of how the rich and famous must live and vacation. She said she felt like she had arrived at the rich and famous vacation destination... one she had only dreamed of before! We were very busy, going to the beach touring around and enjoy our family time in Paradise. The weather was beautiful, sunny and warm the entire time. We hope to come back soon.

"I loved waking up every morning and finding myself amidst such beauty, luxury and comfort. The fresh Kona Coffee, the wonderful spaa products, the fits, library books and all the other many touches were fantastic! You thought of everything! The view of the ocean, blue sky, palm trees and sea turtles sleeping on the beach will forever be ingrained in our minds. We went whale watching from our beach and saw a mother with her newobrn calf... what a beautiful sight. We loved everything about the condo and Kolea and have never had such a perfect vacation! My life is frantic, so I set out to find the ultimate escape... and at last I have found it! As soon as we stepped into Villa 1E "Tropical Paradise" I found such comfort, luxury and serenity that I relaxed completely. It is everything wonderful with a brilliant surprise around every corner. The kitchen was complete and there was great attention to every detail! The location of the Villa and the Ocean Views were just amazing. We have happy family memories from our visit and plan to come back as soon as we can!

Our extended family spent a week in Kolea Villa 1E "Tropical Paradise" and had a most wonderful time. Eileen, the owner of the condo is an interior designer, personally decorated it and it's full of wonderful colors, furniture and surprises in every room. The kitchen is beautiful and very complete with everything you'd need for any meal. There is an amazing stone floor with very large stones throughout the living area, extending out to the lanai. Large sliding doors disappear into the wall and open up living space to the lanai outdoors for BBQ and ocean view and sunset dinners. The Kolea complex had wonderful landscaping, a great pool area and is very quiet and peaceful. Nearby (walkable) shopping and beaches make it the best choice for any place we've ever stayed on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kolea Villa 1E is the Best!

Our extended family spent a week in Kolea Villa 1E and had a most wonderful time! Eileen, the owner of this Villa, has personally decorated it and it's full of wonderful colors, custom furnishings, water features, and surprises in every room. This home is a destination in and of itself! The kitchen is beautiful and complete with everything you'd need for any meal. The stone floors through out are unusual large tiles 24 x 36" and extending out to the matching lanai's. Sliding mohogany doors open the living great room up to the lanai and the 2nd kitchen outdoors with BBQ, ocean views and sunset dinners. The Kolea complex has wonderful landscaping, a great pool area. This is a very quiet peaceful place. Nearby shopping, dining and beaches make it the choice of any place we've ever stayed on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kolea Villa 1E is the best!
