Tastefully and comfortably decorated, this home is located in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood on the hillside of Hermosa Beach, chosen by Reader's Digest to be the best beach in America. An ocean peak from the driveway reminds you of the limitless activities that are easily accessible, as the beach and downtown nightlife are just a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute bike ride away. Kick the sand off your feet as you enter into your zen retreat...the patio is lined with a petite organic garden featuring seasonal flowers, jasmine, fresh herbs, lilies, and a lemon tree. A gas barbeque is located just outside the kitchen's Dutch door for summer grilling. This home has been recently remodeled with hardwood floors, recessed-dimmer lighting, clay tiles, a new bathtub, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Each bedroom features a king/queen size bed with luxury bedding, and there is also a deluxe queen size air mattress with linen's for guests. If the summer evenings are warm, each room also has a ceiling fan. Beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, and swimming fins are provided. Two beach-cruiser bike's with baskets to carry your gear to and from the beach are also available. Swing by the Hermosa Beach Farmer's Market on Friday's at noon to pick up local produce, food, arts & crafts. Enjoy fabulous dining at many of the nearby restaurants and bars, and two major supermarkets are equally close. Come and enjoy the best Hermosa Beach has to offer!
