Welcome to Ocean City and our townhouse with all the extras....beautiful and professionally decorated!! Who knew Ocean City had vacation homes like this. Located Bayside on 116th street behind the Green Turtle restaurant with terrific water views, this 1800 sq ft 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 level townhome is spectacular, sun filled and ready for a great season. Each bedroom has its own deck; so does the huge eat-in kitchen and the family room too. That’s right, 4 decks! Granite counter-tops and GE appliances make the kitchen come alive. Not to mention the oversized beautiful tile floor.
Plenty of windows allow all the sunlight you will ever need. Feel free to pop open the windows for warm breezes throughout the house or allow the two-zone heating and air conditioners keep you comfortable during whatever season you visit.
Heron Run is located bayside on 116th in North Ocean City with wonderful water views and a short four block walk to the beach. Set up your umbrella at the world famous Carousel Hotel and let the beach waitresses come to you. Walk to one of two huge shopping centers, both with brand name grocery stores.
Each bedroom has its own Plasma/LCD TV. Living room has a DVD player for those rainy days or late night movies...Xbox, Xbox 360 with games & board games for the kids too. Feel free to bring your own X-Box games to use with our X-Box console, free wirless internet for websurfing. All the conections are there.
Kitchen seating for 8-10 makes getting together with family and friends a snap. The oversized private covered parking is a great place to store all your beach belongings safely. Got a boat with a hitch, no problem to park and plenty of free space to do so. We welcome your additional questions about our home.
